Clearly they meant to write, they moved to apartment 5H but went out searching at first light.

uhuh I know that is possible that is what was meant.  However, they claimed from the first phone call home to the family that no one was searching, they were alone.

How do they know no one as searching, people could have been searching in different places? where did they search that had not already been searched and how do they know the area they searched was searched and was it not pointless to re search an already searched are? There was a lot of people out searching, so how would the McCanns know which area wasn't covered.

hmmmmmmmmmm

That article was about the residence pattern of the McCanns, and how that matched dog alerts.

It was not meant to cover the detail of their changes of abode on the morning of 4 May 2007, nor whether the McCanns searched.

Good point "first light" is no longer night.
