Jose Batista the waiter who served the Tapas 9 group for four consecutive nights in a row said that it was only the Men in the group that checked the Children regularly, It was only on the 3rd of May at 10pm that Kate left the table to check the Children.

Not forgetting Gerry had to remind Kate at 10pm it was her turn to check on the Children.

So you have to ask yourself, what was so different about this night, why the change in routine?

I doubt it was different...he said it was only the men who checked the children regularly..... He didn't say it was only the men who checked the children... And his statement has been translated

Looking at this photo again,  before entering the bedroom you walk through a small alcove which I presume would almost be in shadow.

I can't see how the light could light up bedroom, it would have been blocked by the alcove, light doesn't find itself around corners.
The bedroom window? There is a street lamp just outside.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

You still only can see what is lit up sufficiently to see it.  Where Madeleine slept was a dark corner I'd imagine

Gerry said he could see Madeleine without turning on the light so another contradiction. If you said he did then you can cite it because you won't find it any of his statements. These little things to many are trivial but can be infact the opposite.

"He (Gerry) glanced into our room to make sure Madeleine hadn’t wandered in there, as she was prone to do if ever she woke in the small hours. Seeing no little body curled up in our bed, he went over to look in on the children.
Madeleine was lying there, on her left-hand side, her legs under the covers, in exactly the same position as we’d left her."  (Madeleine)

Madeleine was lying down on her left side, she was completely uncovered, that is, lying on top of the covers. http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/GERRY-MCCANN-ARGUIDO.htm

Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

I'd like to know that, because from the photos shown it would appear to be nowhere near. Perhaps it's a different light.

I think you may have got it in one when you say ... perhaps it is a different light.

In that case would it not be helpful to show a photo of that light ?

I'm not sure what I'm looking at there.

I would like to know how much light could have come through the open shutters and open curtains.

The photo below shows the three street lights nearest block 5 the night Madeleine disappeared.  The one located off to the right and next to the car park entrance is almost obscured by the trees.  Apartment 5a was undoubtedly located in a very dark corner of that car park.

Notice the spherical globes which were later changed to triangular ones and then back to spherical ones again.

A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

Shame my post has been deleted that proves the street lighting has changed since 2007,  not sure why this would be deleted, on what grounds?

The subject of this thread is all about proving what Kate saw in the Children's bedroom that night and what she couldn't see and Light has a big part in that.
