No. Post 194 shows a lot of foliage in May 2007
Can you tell when that photo was taken?  The article is in German  https://www.n-tv.de/panorama/In-Praia-da-Luz-wuerde-man-gern-vergessen-article19814942.html  but nothing that identifies the date the photo was taken.

You can see GNR officers and media at the car park entrance so it would be days following the disappearance.
Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

My eyes must be getting worse.  But you are right I zoomed in and I can see a police tape across the car park.
That photo is so interesting considering who might be taking the photo and who is in the foreground.
IMO it has captured suspect #1.  I can't be sure, but it is really odd.

Thanks Davel I appreciate your comment and I'm more of the understanding why Posts that are not relevant are removed.  I don't have a problem owning up to my mistakes, it makes me want to carry on with what Kate really saw that night and it would seem less than I originally thought.

I'm still experimenting with light.

So letting the breeze in the patio door could never have happened that night, but letting it out was a possibility since it would have come in the bedroom window.
Yep, gases move from high pressure to low pressure ... and on to further low pressure

It depend how close to the door the checker was. If as you imply it would be normal to listen first then ear to door, open door with head close then first view is Madeleine not twins.
Nah, slarti.  It would be totally unnatural to crane your neck forward that far.  Far easier to put one foot inside the room or even step right in.  First view would be the twins then Madeleine upon stepping in.

Jose Batista the waiter who served the Tapas 9 group for four consecutive nights in a row said that it was only the Men in the group that checked the Children regularly, It was only on the 3rd of May at 10pm that Kate left the table to check the Children.

Not forgetting Gerry had to remind Kate at 10pm it was her turn to check on the Children.

So you have to ask yourself, what was so different about this night, why the change in routine?
So Baptista was monitoring them THAT CLOSELY ?   I wonder ?

Kate McCann said she found the door more open than how we'd left it, so why at that time didn't Kate see all 3 Children?

The wall that was in the way of both Kate and Matts view.  Think about it Robin

I'm sure he would notice a difference in routine over four consecutive nights, why else would he say this?

Rob, your eyes are great. That's Balu in the foreground by the fence of Block 2 but I can see Murat by the wall of Block 5 wearing a blue formal shirt. Balu is dressed in the same clothing seen in the searches early on 4/5/07 & he was booked to return home on 5/5/07.
If that photo WAS taken on 4/5/07 it verifies the statements made by Jane Jenson & Annie Wiltshire about the change of clothes.
All IMO.
