I’d didn’t quote 90 mins but it’s possible.

Within minutes. It takes as long for a child to get into a life threatening situation as it does to get abducted.

Whatever the life threatening situation it would have to result in almost instantaneous death at around 8.30 pm to give you the 90minutes so what sort of situation did you have in mind?

Oh hang on - it wouldn’t be quit 90 minutes would it, if Smithman was carrying Madeleine’s body?  More like 80 minutes assuming instant death the second the McCanns left the apartment .

One important aspect that only dawned on me after over 1 year of research was that it was possible the cadaver was not discovered in the apartment and hence remained there for many hours.  Therefore all mention of time limits fail. 
We are then not looking at a death and a removal before 10:00 but a death and a removal before the PJ return next morning.

Bare minimum time for  cadaver odour to develop, which could be detected if the dog came on the scene  immediately but that IMO would not allow for the cadaver odour to be there 3 months later as well.

Who would be wanting to remove a body in such circumstances?
The polices sealed the apartment at about 04.30 ( whatever that entailed), so removal would have needed to have occurred before that.
