One important aspect that only dawned on me after over 1 year of research was that it was possible the cadaver was not discovered in the apartment and hence remained there for many hours.  Therefore all mention of time limits fail. 
We are then not looking at a death and a removal before 10:00 but a death and a removal before the PJ return next morning.

There were only 3 places in 5A where the cadaver dog alerted. Which one of those 3 would a cadaver have lain overnight, unseen?

1. Wardrobe area, and
2. behind the sofa,
3. where else?

I tend to think of the garden alert outside the building.

Who would be wanting to remove a body in such circumstances?
The polices sealed the apartment at about 04.30 ( whatever that entailed), so removal would have needed to have occurred before that.

I'm not saying it would be easy but as everyone gets tired and most go home the apartment becomes unoccupied and it maybe possible to move a cadaver out of it, say between 4:00 - 7:00 AM.

Hmm. Various people OC / T7 looked around the place, the GNR searched the place, the PJ were there that night, the forensic guys were there...

And no one noticed the body of a nearly 4-year old in a small flat?
