Oh dear God, are you still doing this?

Actually, please don't reply. You should show some respect to a bereaved family. Instead of trying to dredge up some imaginary crap to feed your weird mindset. I wish you'd stop.

You're right Puglove i should stop.... I am getting nowhere anywhere... It's all a drama.... Literally... everything is scripted.... I even thought that "The Lost Honour of Christopher Jefferies".. Was something new.....

But of course it isn't..!!!!!  it is taken I believe from the blog by the exact same name....  which was written 1/1/2011..

So everything we have ever seen or heard has come from the Internet....  And stops the minute that Dr Vincent Tabak is arrested.... everything stops.... I have tried everything and no one is Interested... well who ever killed Joanna Yeates... If she is even real... You have got away with it....  If your religious... then you will get you just desserts when you meet your maker....

I for one cannot do this on my own....  I have tried to look at virtually every angle... obviously some I cannot go there.... But enjoy the fruits of your labour , who ever you are..... Reap the rewards of your Creation... !!

Despicable human being!

The Joanna Yeates double i remarked upon.... Well I believe it to be Justine Ramsden Joanna Yeates cousin.... (imo)

Joanna Yeates cousin attending trial.... But was it in a legal capacity??  You may have an incline I have lost the plot but I do not believe so....

Justine Ramsden is a Lawyer.... (Justine Rayliffe her now married name ...) But it appears she is a practicing Lawyer...

Now why is a Qualified Lawyer, engaging in Facebook and twitter surrounding this huge Investigation...

I am positive it is the same person... No doubt someone will tell me I am off my head.....

Why on earth is a person who's been called to the bar in July 2010... puts herself at the forefront of this Investigation, by being the first person to tweet about Joanna Yeates being Missing as far as i can find....  The constantly commenting on Facebook about her "Missing Cousin"... And the what seems to be making an appearance at court with The Yeates...

Shouldn't she have kept out of this !!!

How can a member of the bar actively associate themselves with this case???  Conflict of Interests anyone!!!

Finally.... Was it a Moot trial... Justine Ramsden finished her pupillage in 2011 ?? Or is that coincidence...

Quote
Justine Ramsden
Called: 2010

 PDF

Practice Profile
Justine was called to the Bar in July 2010 and accepted tenancy at Harcourt Chambers following the successful completion of her pupillage in 2011.

Before studying law, Justine read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Worcester College, Oxford.  She completed her Graduate Diploma in Law with Distinction, and obtained an Outstanding in 2010 in the Bar Vocational Course from the College of Law, London.

As a member of Lincoln’s Inn Justine has been awarded the following scholarships: Hardwicke Entrance Scholarship (2008), Sir Thomas More Bursary (2009 BVC Award), Sarah Wadham Bursary (2009 BVC Award), Buchanan Prize (2010 BVC Award) and Wolfson Scholarship (2010 Pupillage Award).

PRACTICE

Justine is a family law specialist.  She has represented clients in the High Court, County Court and Family Proceedings Court, and has been led in two public law children cases by John Vater QC involving allegations of the most serious kind.

Justine treats every client as an individual and ensures each of them feels listened to and understood. She appreciates that not everyone has attended court before, so takes the time to reassure clients and explain what is going to happen at each stage of the process.  Justine is particularly good with clients who are vulnerable and those who may be very anxious or distressed.

Having represented clients who do not use English as their first language, Justine is experienced at conducting conferences and hearings using a translator.

Justine gave a Public Law Update and spoke about the effects of the President’s reforms at the public children law seminar in Oxford on 9th May 2014.  She then spoke at the Northamptonshire Family Justice Board Conference on 23rd January 2015 where she presented a practical guide to parallel planning and the reasons why assessments of alternative carers must begin earlier in the PLO process.

Most recently Justine gave a talk addressing the forensic process, analysing the cases of Re A (A Child) [2015] EWFC 11 and Re J (A Child) [2015] EWCA Civ 222 and what these decisions meant for practitioners.

PUBLIC LAW

In public law proceedings Justine acts for local authorities, guardians, parents, grandparents and interveners.  She has much experience in cases of this nature representing clients at contested removal hearings, interim hearings and fully contested final hearings.  She has also dealt with special guardianship, adoption and revocation of placement orders.  Her cases have covered issues such as capacity, mental illness, domestic violence, suspected physical abuse, drug and alcohol problems, neglect and emotional harm.

Justine appeared on behalf of Coventry City Council in the care proceedings arising out of the systematic torture and murder of Daniel Pelka.  She was junior to John Vater QC during the fact finding hearing before going on to represent the local authority alone at the disclosure hearing and final hearing.

PRIVATE LAW

Justine has a strong private law children practice.  She has undertaken work in a wide range of private law matters representing parents and guardians as well as other family members.  Justine has experience in private law fact finding hearings including those concerning alleged sexual abuse, domestic violence and parental alienation.

INJUNCTION PROCEEDINGS

Another key part of Justine’s practice is representing clients in injunction proceedings under the Family Law Act 1996.  She has experience in both ex parte hearings and contested hearings.   Justine understands that clients facing an order forcing them out of their home and clients who are driven to apply for such orders out of fear are often very upset and stressed.  She provides a listening ear during the turmoil whilst ensuring her clients know their prospects of success and the options available to them.

Part 1....

I have been trying to understand how everything is reported at roughly the same time... And I came across and interesting tweet from one of Joanna Yeates friends....

I had said that everything was connected in someway...  Twitter, Facebook, etc maybe more...  I have talked of writing programs on laptops/ phones etc... What I had forgotten from years ago, was Beta Apps... Where so many people get to test an app before it is released to the public..

Joanna Yeates gets talked of in terms of "Campaign"... which is an odd word to use really...

So i was looking for an app designer... and i may have found one...

Was JoYeates a campaign to see if it worked across all medias... ??

Did they use Joanna Yeates phone to work out her locations??

Was Joanna Yeates a tester for this app.... Or is "Joanna Yeates" the test??

Part4...  "Loccit"

[Make Journaling a Breeze With Loccit Social Networking
Make Journaling a Breeze With Loccit
Shaun Takenouchi on October 10th 2012
Diary, Journal, Memories, Private, social networks
I have always been jealous of others that are able to be disciplined enough to keep a journal and be consistent with it. I have tried so many different times to start one, only to stop in a week or two. I tried a variety of ways to make this happen, including pen and paper,  typing, using cool apps to do it, but nothing seems to work for me. I struggle with this because, I feel like I am at a point in my life where I want to be more reflective as there are some very significant things happening right now and I want to be able to look back on them and see what my thoughts were.

A few weeks ago, I came across a web app called Loccit, that takes a different approach on journaling. When I watched their video on how it works, I started to realize that they may be on to something. Their whole premise is to take the apps that you use on an every day basis to share what is going on in your life and bundle them into one to create your own journal. Now, there are other similar services out there that do this, but this one just seemed like it was interesting to try.

Like the article? You should subscribe and follow us on twitter.

Creating Your Diary
The first thing you need to do after you sign up to use Loccit, is to connect as many social networking services as you desire and you will see why in a second. You can connect to most of the major networks out there, like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Foursquare and Flickr. My opinion is if you want to get the most out of the experience, connect to all the ones that you use the most.

Once you are done pulling in all of your social networks, then it is time to start making your journal your own. The whole point of Loccit is to make journal entries easy for you, and their idea is that the easiest way is to pull from your social feeds to make this happen. So, you can literally do nothing after you have connected all of your social networks because Loccit will take all of the things that you post and put it in your journal for you. For the ultra lazy, this is really a nice option to have as you don’t have to do any work after the initial set up.

For those of you that want a little more control and actually want to contribute to your journal, you have that option as well. You have the can write your own entry to add to your story and you can post photos as well as send it out to your social networks. The nice part is that you can create chapters within your journal and entries to them as well.

The last option to adding content to your diary is actually an interesting one. You can go back into all of your social networks that you connected to Loccit and you can select posts from other people to add to your journal. For example, if there is a tweet that someone else posted that you want to add, you can click on “+” button and it will add it to your journal. You can also add your words as to why you decided to add it to your journal or just your thoughts on it. This is a great option for those of you that want to create a chapter in your journal around an event or something similar.
Getting That Journal on Paper and Much More
This is where Loccit is going to make their money, which I don’t blame them for wanting to do this. A lot of times, people want their journal in the physical form and not necessarily always online. Loccit has a store where you can actually purchase your journal in a physical book for around $30. That is actually kind of a cool option for people who want this. But, this store is so much more than just printing your diary, you can create cards, notebooks, calendars, mugs, etc, with your pictures. I don’t know if I like all of the other stuff that you can design and buy, as to me it takes away from the fact that you can purchase your journal. I get that they want to make money, but I think they should stick to the focus of printing just the journals.[/img]

Overall Thoughts
I definitely like the concept behind Loccit and how easy it is to create yourself an online journal by using your social networks. It is very easy to use and I like that you have a variety of options for getting content into your journal. There are a few things that bugged me about the app as well though. I thought the design of the web app could be improved upon and it was really slow at times. I also thought they should focus their store more on the journal aspect and not on all the other stuff, in my opinion, it just made them look a little more tacky.

All that to say, this was one journal app that I could see myself using. I am the type of guy that doesn’t like to spend a lot of time writing in a journal, but I still want to capture the moments of my life. This gives me that opportunity and the nice part is that I can go back into it at any time and add my thoughts where I see fit. Now, I don’t have to worry if I am going to miss adding something because usually when I am chronicling something important in my life it is on one of my social networks and if not, I can always manually add it to Loccit. Go and check it out for yourself and if you have always wanted to journal, but never knew where to start, this is a great way to get the ball rolling.]

This I find Interesting...

The ability to select other peoples posts... what else did it do??

So the entire case could literally be built around one app, and the entries if I understand could also be from one person....

Did Dr Vincent Tabak test Loccit?? Did he add entries?  Did he create the facebook forum...

Finding out about this app only leads to more questions....

I don't think it is available now... which for all that hard work seems a shame... And Interesting idea in an app!

https://web.appstorm.net/reviews/social-networking/make-journaling-a-breeze-with-loccit/

I try to understand how this case evolved, and which scenario's could play a part in it.....  I have just looked at how it was possible for this media campaign on "Joanna yeates" took shape... And if "Loccit" had been used to post across social media.. If Loccit had been used to find peoples posts? If "Loccit" was responsible for all of the information out there....

I don't know... It just a suggestion....  It's an idea that should have been Investigated by the Police...

You see... i do not understand how on earth the apparently managed to arrest Dr Vincent Tabak in a matter of weeks after Joanna Yeates was found dead....  If there was an App such as this... The Investigation, should have taken considerably longer... (imo)

They would have needed to establish who originally said what??  And what the correct date was of these posts etc...

All I can say is, I have found an alternative way in which someones journal.. and social media accounts can be combined into one...

So did Joanna Yeates have this app... Did Joanna Yeates write in her journal on this app?? Is this the reason the timings are all incorrect??

Remember these are my ideas I put forward from what I have found on the Internet... But they are a bit of a revelation (imo) As to what one developer/any developer can do with a phone?

That just popped a light on... The question surrounding a mobile phone that Dr Vincent Tabak would only talk of.... Is it to do with this App??

Edit.. ["Like the article? You should subscribe and follow us on twitter.]

Is this what the 15,000+ subscribers where that is described in the Media Strategy? Just a thought!

The case that was 34 days of Investigation from start to finish..... According to Amanda Hirst at The Leveson...

Now I will question.... Did the Police use this "APP"... did the trial date run out??  Because 34 days seems an incredible short amount of time to investigate a Murder Inquiry.... (imo)!!!

When i posted that post... A man called Frazer Wood happened to be the first tweeter on the subject of Joanna Yeates being Missing... I couldn't understand why a random man who appeared to have no connection to Joanna Yeates that I am aware of.... would be one of the first people to post about her being Missing!

But then I found out that Frazer wood was connected to Loccit.... All too coincidental...(imo)

not the right time to post this, but chris is a good friend of mine, and after recent events you all need to read this and think about you your family safety

Why on earth did this poster post this??  Odd.... she has a link to the site and of course it doesn't exist anymore, but what possessed her to post about grooming children on facebook when the topic was about Joanna Yeates being Missing... This was the day after she had been found... She even says its not the right time to post this....

Was she pre-empting something??  Strange how Dr Vincent Tabak then ends up with charges of child abuse.... when that subject should not have entered anyones heads when Joanna Yeates was "Missing"/Dead"

chris-uk.org leads us here:

Another parked website...  Whatever was on this website obviously isn't there.... so I went looking for evidence of this site...

On November 16th 2010 a poster on a forum wrote this..
Quote
CHRIS WITTWERS site naming and shaming thousands of convicted paedophiles, in an attempt to make people aware, will be up and running very soon.

Ths site is at chris-uk.org , and Chris says it will be ready when the Americans have it fixed, which could be anytime soon, hopefully within the next couple of days.Typically, the negative response from our police, from the "This is Exeter" site =

"Concern over role of paedophile site
POLICE have warned a new website set up by an Exeter man to name and shame paedophiles could make their job more difficult.
Exeter campaigner Chris Wittwer has launched a website called CHRIS (Children Have Rights in Society), with names and phot...ographs of more than 9,000 people he claims are paedophiles. It goes live today.

_______________
Quote
He said the site was the culmination of three years research. "It is not just about naming and shaming but also to provide support for all survivors of abuse," he said.
"It has taken three years of research and another six months to get the site set up but it will go live on Thursday."

The ex-Army chef and father of two had a previous site listing paedophiles closed down by police when he first started the venture – but he was able to start again after showing he was not breaking any laws by presenting information already in the public domain.

The only direct reference i can find is from an FBI document...

Web of Victims
A Chilling Case of ‘Sextortion’
November 2, 2010

The hacker knew every move the unsuspecting victim made. He controlled her computer webcam and microphone. He could see her in her bedroom, hear her conversations, knew every keystroke she made online. And he threatened to expose her secrets unless she bowed to his demands.

It may sound like the plot for a scary teen movie, but it actually happened, and there wasn’t just one victim—there were more than 200, and dozens of them were adolescent girls.

So CHRIS spent 3 years making and gathering his information for his site, and within days of making his site says word for word what the FBI document and post says...

Is Chris's site real? Why did someone post this on the "Missing" group on facebook for Joanna Yeates... ??

To introduce child porn or stalking we have it already mentioned on social media....

Joanna Yeates murder cops probe theory she was stalked from pub
MURDERED architect Joanna Yeates may have been followed by her killer from the pub, police now suspect.

Every idea... every scenario has already been posted about (imo) and that is why we see it in the media...  The above quote supports what i am saying...(imo)

I believe that somewhere within the social media comments and searches on social media, we could find everything that was used in trial...

Kath Roswell says: Not the right time to post this.... So when would the right time be Kath?? As no-one had established whether or not the person who killed Joanna Yeates was into child abuse!

But it begs the question why would she post it at all.... what suggested that Joanna Yeates computer may have been hacked? or the perpetrator had fetishes? Nothing by the 28th December 2010 had happened to indicate that Joanna Yeates was stalked or that the person who killed her was into child abuse...

But was someone readying us for this information? We have 2 days later CJ arrested for the murder of Joanna Yeates and the media go to town... we have a connection made to CJ in terms of a former flat owner, whom had been connected to child abuse... CJ having purchased said Flat from this former owner.... But it's there.... It''s already in everyones mind that a peado lived at Canygne Road years before... They connect the dots, whether or not there's a bloody great line in between them....

I do believe if CJ hadn't had the lawyers he had, he would have found himself in the same position as Dr Vincent Tabak... With the circumstantial evidence and connections they could make, it would have been a sensational story... They at the time were even suggesting he was connected to Glenis Caruthers murder... Making a serial killer out of him...

We know that these days all you need to do is accuse someone and then the mud sticks.. whether or not you have been proven NOT guilty and that the lies were fabricated....

So if CJ and his lawyers hadn't gone to the lengths they had... would the mud have stuck with CJ?? Would he forever be connected to Dr Vincent Tabak and what they say are his crimes??

The coincidences of what was said at trial and after trial and what has been mentioned on social media is a coincidence too far...(imo)...

It's even possible to locate some porn on twitter, if someone was searching for the app that I have spoken about..

Of course now I go to look for it on twitter the images i wanted to sort of share, have gone.... But I'll explain.... When I wrote the posts about ml4d, the app testing that friends of Joanna yeates were using, I put #ml4d into twitter search, and there were images which could only be described as porn associated with this search... Now when i look on twitter those images are not there.... And ML4D is about mobile learning..

But the point I am making what searches did anyone make at the time that could be quite innocent that would have lead them to porn?? What was on the site that CHRIS set up??? Who's names were on the site that CHRIS set up??

The suggestion that Dr Vincent Tabak was a person who had images of children, only bolsters the idea that he was a vile man.... And supports the idea that a monster killed Joanna yeates... No protection orders were ever made for the children involved in the supposed images Dr Vincent Tabak was purported to have on his laptop...  It took nearly 4 more years for them to take him to court for this offence, in March 2015..

Which considering it took them a few weeks to arrest him for the murder of Joanna yeates when they had no evidence, begs the question why did they wait that many years before charging him with the child abuse offences??

They apparently had the evidence in front of them for that charge!

Was Joanna yeates computer/laptop hacked? Was Dr Vincent tabak's computer hacked?? Why does Kath on the Missing forum bring a topic of paedo's to the table when it really is an inappropriate topic for that discussion group..

And the only reason that I believe is because everything in this trial and after, came from social media in the first place....(imo)
