O desconforto chegou ao ponto de a Judiciária avisar a Metropolitan Police que se recusa a fazer a investigação através dos jornais. Desde que a polícia inglesa decidiu investigar por conta própria o desaparecimento de Madeleine McCann que a imprensa inglesa passou a divulgar com frequência informações sobre as diligências em curso. 1. A PJ do Porto foi somente responsável pela revisão.
2. Para a investigação entretanto reaberta foi nomeada uma outra equipa, pela Procuradoria Geral da República e Direcção Nacional da PJ, a operar a partir de Lisboa, mas com assento em Faro e Portimão.
3. A equipa da PJ que assiste NSY, é um grupo de 6 operacionais localizados em FARO que responde ao Procurador nomeado para tratar das rogatórias provenientes do Reino Unido.

O espectáculo de televisão (Crimewatch) promovido pela BBC, foi totalmente desvalorizado pelas entidades oficiais, como tinha sido o anterior, por não obedecerem ao que legalmente é considerado uma reconstituição.

That may be something to with the difference in principle of the legal systems. The English system is adversarial with the objective of obtaining a conviction. The Portuguese is inquisitorial with the objective of finding the truth. They should both end up with same result but...............

So, people in here say 'nah, the child abuses and burglaries are a myth, it never existed.. when actually it did happen.. tourist children were attacked in the Algarve in their bedrooms while their parents slept in another room.. there is a record of 5 cases as per Kate's book..

So, McCanns had this info in their hands, if they were so bad, why didn't they leak it.. why Clarence Mitchell never leaked this?

That is a total falsehood. No British children were ever attacked, other than a british girl 9 years before Madeleine, and that was abused by a friend of the family(another british).

Those faked cases that Kate McCann had the effrontery of mentioning in her book never happened. That is all fabrications to sell the abduction theory.
