Well one thing that i notice is that Malta seems to have a soft spot for MacDonalds

Three sexual deviants:

The 1) Non-MacDonald, Ched, gets jail
His mate, 2) MacDonald does not get jail.

As you don't appear to understand how the system works I will explain.  MacDonald will serve his sentence in Malta first and then be extradited immediately to any jurisdiction seeking his arrest and extradition.  As both the UK and Australia are seeking him it will have to be agreed between them who gets him first. One thing for sure though and that is with his record there isn't a hope in hell of him getting released on bail or parole any time soon so children are at least safe from this beast for the foreseeable future.

I don’t think that even slightly compares, with forced sexual activities with either adults or children.

If men are that desperate for sexual  gratification, then a prostitute is a better alternative, to rape or paedophilia . IMO

It is difficult to get a rape accusation taken seriously, when the female enters a room where the crime was committed, voluntarily.
So I wonder what evidence is unknown to us

Questions arise in this case.  In order to get early release Evans would have had to attend classes in prison which would address his offending.  Since he denies his guilt and is appealing his conviction it must be assumed he refused to attend these classes so why was he given early release?

There was no forensics, neither guy ejaculated, both say that she consented.

She can't remember, she didn't complain of being raped.

It seems that Ched isn't entitled to the presumption of innocence, for some reason.

Interesting news

Evans raped a woman, was found to have done so beyond reasonable doubt by a jury, was further found to have done so by an appeal court that rejected his submission. Yet rather than apologise for doing so - which would be the start, not the end, of any attempt to redeem himself - he is spending tens of thousands of pounds on an assault on the legal definition of rape.
