This is an opportunity for the prisoner to challenge the content of said report

Contained within the report is a "Sentence Planning Risk Predictor" WHAT does Bambers look like?

WHAT are Bambers risks to himself and others?

What are Bambers "Drug Scores?"
 
Within the report will also be a list of Bambers offences carried out behind bars - how many violent offences has he carried out in prison 

IF you visit Bamber or are in direct contact with him, you owe it to yourself to request he either gives you a copy or shows a copy during a visit

If he declines to show you a copy, this is a red flag
