Now Lean in the book has it, that Jodi could not have been known to be missing by 10.45pm,

This also displays a lack of compassion on Sandra Leans part

Luke Mitchell gave a Sky News interview to James Matthews
on the very day that Jodi Jones was laid to rest.

This was after liar Corinne Mitchell had written to Judith Jones stating;

ďAlthough we are deeply hurt, we will respect your wishes

'As you will understand we, too, wish to say goodbye so we wrote her a poem as she herself loved poetry

'As we cannot be there, could you please have the poem read out so at least Luke can express his feelings

Luke's Poem to Jodi

"Goodbye Jodi.  Please can you say what happened,

Please tell us who it was, who took your life so cruelly

For no apparent cause.

You had so much to give us, you lived life your own way,

Whoever did this to you, should just be put away.

You didnít see bad in others, you didnít like to judge,

Weíre sorry Jodi, truly, but weíll always hold a grudge.

You were taken from us so cruelly,

Please donít ask us to forgive,

We cannot get this from our hearts however long we live.

Youíve been laid to rest, but not in peace,

We know that just canít be,

But weíll say goodbye and forever hope

That justice we will see."

Did Corinne Mitchell write this?

Also falsely alleged there were two Jones relatives in L&B Police and was all a police conspiracy. Possibly one of the most common surnames around but Det Forbes put 2+2=5 as usual.

Forbes motive is more likely retribution at being caught, convicted and imprisoned for armed robbery for 5 years.

Now hereís a thing. I went to school in Edinburgh with a friend whose family knows the Matthews, their fathers worked together or something. So after Scott Forbes last podcast with, I think, James English or Roddy McCleod, I asked my friend about Forbes claim and he verified that it was true. Of course I donít know if he fed his brother any information about the case but it does appear rather likely.

Can you prove that? Do you have a screenshot or recording of this conversation? It sounds a bit vague when you apply similar techniques to others claims. Anyone mentioning Forbes as a credible source cannot be taken seriously.

Can I prove itÖnope. Does it matterÖ.again nope. Itís true nonetheless.

Further as we have discussed before I try to corroborate all information I receive about this case no matter what the source. I didnít take Forbes claim as it stood, I asked for verification from someone I knew would have that information.

Hi, all.

Not posted in a little while (been as busy as busy man in busy town on busy day!), but just thought I'd pop in to share something I stumbled across recently in connection with LM's Sky tv interview. Apologies if it's old hat or has been posted and discussed on this thread (haven't sifted through the 23 pages of this thread). Anyway, it's an analysis of LM's replies to the questions he was asked during the interview. It's, imo, very interesting, well done and telling. Have a look and tell me what you all think:

Long before I ever heard of the Luke Mitchell case, I had formed a negative opinion of Statement AnalysisTM.  For one thing, its postulates are just assertions.  I have never seen them backed up with research, but then again, I have not looked that hard. Something that bothered me about this particular website is that I don't recall the host (who seemed to be a courteous person) ever coming to the opinion that an accused or convicted person was innocent.

I agree wholeheartedly with that.  Conspiracy-mongers wheel Hyatt on stage whenever they want their innocent victims to be guilty. I'm amazed this dubious, unprovable practice is actually trademarked.
It's one of them cases, in'it... one of them f*ckin' cases.

Hi, Myster. I don't think I've ever interacted with you before on this forum, although I have seen a few posts of yours on here over the years. Anyway, can you explain -- preferably in layman's terms -- what your post above means?

Cheers.

Quite simply that 'statement analysis' is pseudo-scientific where one person's interpretation that someone is lying, whether written or verbal, is just as easily counteracted by another who believes they are telling the truth. Here, for example, Hyatt overanalyses what Gerry and Kate McCann are saying and assumes they're being deceitful in order to reinforce conspiratorialist Richard Hall's skewed thinking that the McCanns disposed of their daughter...
