Joking.
I think we may have a broad consensus on this one for a change, although I could be wrong.
We could delve in to the miscarriage element and the preponderance of circumstantial evidence, notwithstanding the disputed medical evidence / expert testimony.

your only explanation as you’ve all decided that the video tapes never existed haven’t you?

Have you proof then that they do exist...or any of it can even be classed as corroborative evidence.

Well it seems a lot of the HCW evidence ...now seems could be a bluff which I think most of us knew.

Even HCW isn't a prosecutor. He is a spokesman.

We have learned nothing ....no further on than 3/6/2007.

IMO the only way this will be solved is if fresh eyes go back to the very begining.

Martin Brunt ......we are no further on........its still a mystery..

Well it is to some ....but not to me it isnt [a mystery]
Can't be that corroborative if HCW hasn't produced them.

How do sceptics explain the corroborative evidence of the video tapes as supplied by the ex-girlfriend Marina F and his ex partner in crime Christian P?  is there a multi person plot to bring Christian B down and did the ex girlfriend go so far as to present a forged note to the court claiming to be from her ex?  I presume this can be your only explanation as you’ve all decided that the video tapes never existed haven’t you?

We may as well kick it off - I think she did it, it's pretty obvious, the notes, the times and days, the witnesses - but the trial has left a gaping hole for her to crawl through unfortunately - all my uninformed opinion.
Deffo worth a thread of its own.

I’m astounded that on a forum called Miscarriage of Justice UK that there hasn’t been any discussion about this case.  Is no one interested?

I am, but then I think she is guilty.

I suppose this is the ethical dillema; the rule of law being applied fairly and robustly set against an almost certainly guilty defendant. You can support the unsafe conviction without supporting the accused.

That's what makes our justice system the envy of the civilised world, everybody says it, the best...... YEEEEHAAAAA, let's move all thos arabs and build the Gaza Riviera.....WOOOOooOOo.....

Let’s see how that pans out.

Definitely.  I was convinced she was guilty too, but having engaged with some absolutely passionate supporters of hers online I could see they had a point about alot of the evidence presented against her at trial.  This has been further reinforced by the press conference yesterday.  I do now think there is reasonable doubt but it’s hard to look at pictures of her without thinking “evil baby murderer”.

Where is it?  I can't find it.
