What I find sick is that this woman is free to continually smear a man who has been proven innocent in a court of law.  It isn't fair & I hope for her sake she has some savings in the bank because she'll need it for when Brueckner sues her.

Yes he has. Prior to the trial he was presumed innocent. The court found him not guilty. That means he's innocent again. Unless you're suggesting that he's now presumed somehow less innocent than he was before the time of the trial which cleared him?

Wrong.  He was presumed innocent and has been found not guilty, because (according to the crazy woman who calls herself a judge) there was not enough evidence to convict beyond reasonable doubt.  He has not been proved innocent, unless you would like to list all the evidence here which proves he did not commit the crimes of
- rape
- molesting a child on the beach
- exposing himself to children at a playground
etc.

He didn't rape Behan, molest children or expose himself. He was found not guilty based on ALL the FACTS & EVIDENCE. Therefore he is innocent & I'll continue to refer to him as innocent because that's what he is. The McCanns are yet to be proven innocent though.

I’ve just watched the whole podcast and I must say she comes across as a fiercely brave and credible person.  She has absolutely no doubt whatsoever the CB raped her and she has nothing but praise for the German investigation into her case, as well as total belief that the BKA have got it right as far as CB being Madeleine’s abductor is concerned.  What the German court put her through is an absolute disgrace and although the prospect of having to go through a re-trial fills her with understandable dread I do hope the appeal is successful and that the disgusting creep who very obviously raped her is locked up for another 10+ years.

OJ Simpson was found not guilty of murdering his wife and her boyfriend.  However he was not found innocent, and he WASN’T innocent, that much is as plain as the trollish nose on your face.  Same principle applies in this case, and no amount of your WUMming changes that.
