Im am always interested in the truth regarding mysteries & unsolved cases.  I try to look at things by proof of fact and evidence to back said fact, if something has a probability of 1 in 100 it can still happen, but you need fact and evidence to support it just as if something has a probability of 99 out of 100

Also its - innocent until proven guilty

Hello there. You say innocent until proven guilty. One should presume innocence until sufficient evidence arises to doubt that innocence. Juries decide on that evidence and on barristers arguments. They are not infallible. Therefore being found guilty in a court of law is not automatically proof of guilt, likewise, being found not guilty is not automatically proof of innocence.
That is the dichotomy of our legal system. I believe there are more miscarriages of justice than we know of and/or are corrected.
