Looking at this document it gives the PJ's view of the case prior to all the rogatory interviews of the Tapas 7 in particular.

What I am wondering is whether the PJ took any notice of the answers given by the rogatory interviews?  Did the view of the PJ change?  If it didn't why did the PJ ask for these interviews?

Is there any evidence that the PJ even read the rogatory interviews?  Were English speaking PJ officers present during the rogatory interviews?
