On 30th April 2021 Lisa C Reynolds Peden posted the following

’So in the book it states that Ju J, Ja J and AW confirmed categorically that there was no grounding in place on the night of June 30th. Ja J remembered the specific start date of the four week punishment as beginning on May  14th, because she had an exam that day and, arriving home early, discovered the Jodi had skipped school. Ju J told police that because Jodi had been going to woodburn in recent weeks, she needed the "extra time" (i.e. ten o'clock curfew) for the additional traveling. The friend Jodi met with in woodburn was on holiday the week of the murder, therefore, the grounding had to have been lifted before then - according to Ja J  recollection, it was finished by 12th June. AW said simply that the punishment had petered out until things returned to normal "a few weeks ago".
Although Jodi was at Luke's house on the 28th of June and they had got carried away and lost track of time. So a taxi was called to make sure Jodi got home in time. Luke gave Jodi the fair for this.
 Luke still believed Jodi to be grounded, although she was allowed to his house on the Saturday! So sometimes Jodi's grounding would have random days break mixed in?!
So if her grounding stopped on the 12th on June and not the 30th, who was Jodi hanging around with? Who was she meeting up with after school? And what were they doing? Why didn't she tell Luke about the grounding being lifted until these texts that supposedly Jodi sent to Luke from her mum's phone? It's been referred to time and time again that Jodi was the 'other' woman as Luke was having an 'affair' but what if in real fact Luke was the 'other' guy and it was really Jodi who was having an 'affair'! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤔🧐

According to another Facebook post by Lisa C Reynolds Peden she speaks to Corinne Mitchell every day and Luke Mitchell every two days

From memory, Luke texted Jodi at 4.34 to ask if she was coming out that evening, she responded that she was, where would she meet him, Luke responded saying she could come down to Newbattle after tea, she responded that she'd be down "later."

Yvonne Barker According to the school registers, she was definitely in school that day. We have witnesses to her being in the China Gardens at lunchtime - admittedly, not school, but with others from school during the school day. If you have evidence that Jodi wasn't in school that day, please PM me - it would mean the school lied about her attendance, right in the middle of the investigation into her murder.
If Jodi wasn't in school, but the school said she was, it would mean they massively obstructed a police investigation
I have heard claims that Jodi wasn't in school, or she wasn't in school all day, but nothing to solidly back them up, unfortunately.  Any solid, reliable evidence to this effect would be a critical and significant piece of evidence.

The parka story began with Fleming and Walsh (one of them said it "might have been" a parka jacket - just like it "might have been" Luke, when we know it could have been MK), then grew arms and legs through the rumour mill in the local area and, in the end, only one teacher was brought forward to say he "remembered" Luke in a Parka jacket. They said that teacher was "reliable" because he left the school at the end of the term, so his memory "must have been" before Jodi was murdered. What they didn't consider was that he was local and would almost certainly have seen the media coverage of Luke in the parka jacket.
We have evidence of a girl on the public service bus (not the school bus) saying she "might have" seen a girl who "could have been Jodi" on the bus - and that's it. Once again, it seems there was absolutely no effort to find the people who could have said for sure, one way or the other

In reality - Fraudster Sandra Lean wrote two books (No Smoke & IB) which weren’t based on ALL the 42 days worth of evidence heard during killer Luke Mitchell’s trial

And because grifter Sandra Lean did not attend the 42 day trial she has no idea of all the evidence heard around Jodi Jones movements that day

Good morning, everyone. It's been brought to my attention that a new "Luke Mitchell Support Group" has sprung up, pretty much overnight. The group claims to have 11k "supporters," but was actually some sort of sales group that's just had a name change.

The existing groups have all built their support base through education, discussion of the case and factual information. They've protected any future proceedings by being mindful of sensitive information and how discussions progress. The first screenshot I was sent of the new group included a full list of names of those being discussed elsewhere using only initials - the justification being "everyone knows who they are, so why not just name them."

The other groups are private groups - people have to become members to participate - so the discussions are not open to the wider public and, if they were to become so, full names would not be plastered all over the internet. The new group has now allowed 11k random members of the public access to names that have been, until now, protected.

Perhaps most importantly of all, justice supporters are not interested in "numbers - no matter what" The huge memberships of the existing groups (or followers of the massive 8k member tiktoc group run by Louise and Kristina), have been built by hard work, attention to detail, respect for posters and, most importantly of all, mindfulness of the case and potential future proceedings. Their aim is to educate those who still believe Luke is guilty as charged and the system works as it should, and to expose the massive failings throughout the case, which robbed both Luke and Jodi of justice.

For those reasons, I will not be endorsing this new group and would respectfully warn others to be wary of involvement. Thanks to everyone who is participating in, and supporting, the existing groups

Not sure the point you’re trying to make. All the people posted above have gone on the record to say that they believe Luke may have been a victim of a miscarriage of justice. What more do you want?
