I read this morning that Brueckner just laughed and said "I have good lawyers".

He doesn't even need them that's the funny thing. He might need them for his rapey paedo, pants down in public antics, but there's no chance whatsoever he'll be charged with anything relating to Maddie. Anyone with any knowledge of the Mccanns abduction evidence has been able to see this for the past six years.

I can imagine the CPS will just laugh at any suggestion of extradition and send them on their way.

I forgot it is Maddie silly season after all. So now an alleged 'insider' appears, who's too embarrassed to identify themselves for some reason, & they come up with 'charges next year'. Yes, we've heard that before.

No European Arrest Warrant these days so not so straightforward to extradite

There simply isn't enough evidence of any crime to charge him with anything anyway, so there certainly isn't enough to obtain any extradition order against him either. Him allegedly winking & nodding to his mates & saying 'I know all about what happened to Maddie' it isn't going to cut it I'm afraid. But, it is enough to convince McCann supporters anyway.

COPS are reportedly pushing for Christian Brueckner to stand trial in the UK for the abduction and murder of Maddie McCann.

The Met Police want to charge the 48-year-old German before the 20th anniversary of the toddler?s disappearance next year, it is understood.

"If the evidence is strong enough to extradite the prime suspect and try him here, that is what we would seek to do."

I've got bad news for this SY insider.....Brueckner didn't do it.

While the McCanns made no effort at all to contact the police, until Gerry turns up at reception some forty minutes later, which doesn't make sense!
Very true!

Was the lady on the balcony above the McCanns the first to see Gerry again at 10.30? that would give him  15-20 minutes to dispose of Maddie would it?

He's missing from the time the alarm was raised until about 10 minutes or more later when he goes back to the apartment. Berry & Balu saw him at an unspecified time just after 10pm. I believe he had already done what he needed to do before they saw him. Steven Birch, the Maddie buried under Murat's driveway guy claimed once that Berry & Balu saw Gerry at 10:15 approx but he has never revealed his source.

Well at least the Tapas 7 rushed to check that none of their children had been taken, which makes sense!
