The Istanbul Convention and the govt website covering extra territorial jurisdiction. It does blow a hole through the critics of the remit.. SY had no choice

There was a time when everyone believed that only Portugal could deal with this. That has proved to be untrue. But no English suspect has ever been in the frame so England has never had any jurisdiction.
