Just been talking to the J Witnesses on the door step and a foxy runs past! Zippy ran in with her tail puffed out!

I've been pushing poison blocks down rat holes this morning (I HATE doing it, but we really are getting over-run) and when I went past a bit later the little b....rs had pushed them back out again. I'm impressed, but worried.

(Does anyone know a good rat-strangler?)

Kitten's a good catcher, I'll ask her her rates, it's either by rat or by hour!
My Dads had a problem with rats coming in from next door via the cellar, he ended up getting pest control in, they're a pain because the pack animals. Didn't they used to use warfarin at one bit or was my granddad making it up when he told me!

My father in law's on warfarin, and the stuff in these blocks (bromadiolone) works in the same way, as an anti-coagulant. Apparently, the rats just fall asleep in their nests, then die without pain. I hope that's true, they didn't ask to be rats. Mind you, they're also cannibals and eat any dead bodies, so the poison acts twice. Bit of a result!!

OMG!! I had a Patterdale called Levi, and she would scream at anyone wearing a hat!! She also had a slug fetish, she always had slug remnants in her tosh. She was the weirdest creature. Should we be in the pub?
