In the words of Roxanne Pallett IMO her apology is nothing more than her attempting to "back track."

It's not a programme I'd consider watching, but I watched Victoria Derbyshire this morning because some I know was speaking about mental health care FOR doctors. The girl-friend of the male in question said RP should apologize and mean it!!! It's very easy to say the words "I'm sorry". Whether there's any sincerity behind them is an entirely different question.

That exactly it April. IMO she's shown no shame, remorse or humility nor has she had time to review her entire behaviour prior to and following her false allegations against Ryan Thomas.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out over the next however long as she has today publicly mentioned the words "character traits."

Here is another article of interest https://metro.co.uk/2018/09/03/what-time-is-the-jeremy-vine-show-on-today-as-roxanne-pallett-gives-first-post-celebrity-big-brother-interview-7907458/

I wonder to what character traits she refers to? What does SHE see that is flawed in her character?

And here's another interesting article from the independent https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/roxanne-pallett-celebrity-big-brother-domestic-violence-cbb-2018-a8521196.html which refers to "enablers."

And one from the Standard https://www.standard.co.uk/stayingin/tvfilm/mental-health-charity-calls-on-celebrity-big-brother-bosses-to-use-robust-contestants-in-wake-of-a3924696.html

More interesting to me was what was said by the psychologist used to assess the suitability of candidates. It seems any views she expresses can be overridden by the presenters who just want a show which will draw a huge audience. It seems that the more dysfunctional are the 'housemates', the greater the audience.

That's as maybe, but I guess no one wants to watch a show where everyone gets along. People go to a circus because they want to watch something with an element of danger - it's human nature. However, I do watch CBB and RP is a different kind of bad housmate. She is certainly sorry for what she did but only because it back-fired and her apology this morning was about as insincere as it gets.

Totally; hence why I highlighted the following; here http://miscarriageofjustice.co/index.php?topic=8551.msg484844#msg484844

"But, for various reasons, enablers elect to remain “neutral.”

The narcissist depends upon these weak-willed comrades. Abusing someone isn’t any fun if it’s only a party of two. With a crowd, there’s unlimited potential for drama. The narcissist can pull a lot more strings that way

And thought it relevant to Jeremy Bamber and his supporters and this thread.

That's exactly what the psychologist conceded. I was left with the feeling that they only employed her to find out which contestants would would cause the most mayhem. Much more fun to watch.

I don't think there is any doubt that they choose people on an entertainment basis. However, in this instance, it has help to expose someone who clearly requires intervention, had this not happened, she may have gone on to cause more havoc for herself and others.

Roxanne Pallett http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-6126133/Roxanne-Pallett-issues-public-apology-Ryan-Thomas-following-punch.html

'I’m over-enthusiastic and dramatic, they are my character traits I need to look at and better myself, this is a serious subject and it’s something I need to focus on now not just to rebuild my career but my personal life.

'This is something that’s overshadowed everything because it’s a serious issue to me, all I want to do now is reassure everyone I’m well aware I overreacted, I apologise massively to every person I’ve offended, everyone I’ve disappointed and doubted the intention behind the reaction.'

She continued: 'I spoke to my family and realised my judgement was clouded.

'My sensitivity was heightened and I wasn't thinking straight. I know I need to become a better person
.

What tripe!  *&^^&

Watch how she grabs her right side when it's clear Ryan didn't even touch her!

Have seen it! She's pathological IMO. Everything she said regarding her false allegation were her psychological projections.

Her interview with EW won't be much better. She probably thinks she can take on anyone and win out.

I agree, I don't think she's the fazed in the slightest by the negativity, she seems to be so narcissistic that any attention is a good thing. I doubt that she will have a career in the media after this and she just has herself to blame.

Oh okay, cheers.

I'm expecting all angles of the alleged assault to be shown but I expect more to be shown than the one above. Maybe they are saving that evidence for the police or lawyers? I've obviously no idea what it says in their contracts before they go on the show?

She appears to be covertly suggesting she did do it out of revenge in her belief he (RT) didn't like her  *&^^&

She's a consummate actor and her Mum probably knows how childish/emotionally stunted she is as opposed to "sensitive." Unless of course her Mum is of the same ilk?

She has said without showing any emotion she is probably "The most hated women in Britain right now"

Me thinks she thrives on attention - good or bad.

And those tears at the end almost suck you in  *&^^&

Here's Katie Hopkin's opinion https://www.ok.co.uk/celebrity-news/1456253/katie-hopkins-roxanne-pallett-celebrity-big-brother-video

There's no excusing bad behaviour, especially false allegations like this. KH personal agenda is see through. What about Ryan Thomas and all the other people RP has caused offence and unnecessary distress to?

I had to look up cockw..ble. Apparently it's "A completely useless person that spouts constant bullshit."
