Glassed & stoned to death by 'children'. These savages should be named, shamed & tried as adults imo. The parents should be held to account also. They have raised animals.

Yes. I think the victim may have assaulted one or two of the group of youths, from what I have read. But that in no way would justify them dropping a concrete block on his skull.
