Not sure what you want to know.

Held an interest in justice & miscarriages of justice for all of my adult life, I suppose it was sparked by the murder of neighbour.

Believe that crimes should be proven beyond reasonable doubt, and believe Scotland should retain the "not proven" verdict.

Hi Andrea - my neighbour was a young man on a night out and when walking home he and his friends were attacked. My neighbour was stabbed in the heart. No sense of MOJ in the subsequent trial, the events just made we very aware of justice & injustice.
