I see CB is still living rent free in some minds, just for you the appeal against his aquital in the sex trials is now listed on the federal justice website.

Good.  And for the record "living rent free in some minds" is just a stupid and meaningless phrase which could just as easily apply to someone posting details of the appeal against CB?s aquittal on this forum. 

So why is he walking around a free man  - an obviously as u think he is responsible for what happend ..to Maddie

Would be a danger to other kids -  yet they had evidence against him an do nothing.

Over six years and still not one bit of evidence....he was involved in what happened to Maddie.

Why would HCW say that if it was untrue?  Obviously they have evidence and obviously they have not shared everything they have with the public.

Hang on, hasn't he recently admitted to being on the beach the evening of the 3rd of May.  He said he was stopped by police with his van full of drugs.  Funny how he can remember that.

I reckon that?s why his lawyers decided to present his suposed trauma and absence of memory in court so that they can claim he was misremembering what he said about being in PdL that night.  Getting their ducks in a row basically.

Well things didn't go all his own way in court yesterday - he did receive a 3000 euro fine for his abusive behaviour, though how he's going to find 15 euros a day to pay if off I'm not entirely sure.  What a whingeing git he is.
