There's no grand conspiracy in my theory. Just Mr & Mrs McCann disposing of Madeleine's body & getting away with it. It is the sheer simplicity of the bin theory which makes it the most plausible explanation. No abductor boogey men lurking in the shadows, staking out the McCanns apartment for days, extra abductors & getaway vehicles & so on. All too convoluted. No, it is the simplest explanation that is usually correct in life. She died in the apartment, Gerry took her out on his 9pm check, recovered her after suggesting everyone split up & search, then he passed the Smith family with a Maddie who wasn't looking too well & dressed in the wrong pyjamas, then he disposed of her. Unfortunately a lot of gullible idiots fell for it. The McCanns capitalised on the moral panic around paedophiles & used it to their advantage. Mr Mccann phoning someone back home & telling them that gangs of Portuguese paedophiles had busted open the window & snatched Maddie. The case will never be 'solved' because Maddie is simply unrecoverable. But that doesn't mean it isn't obvious the Mccanns did it. Well it is to me anyway.

Added to that, the innocent Mccanns who are totally innocent & Gerry couldn't possibly have been Smithman, because he was at the tapas at the time of the sighting, supposedly. The innocent McCanns ignored the advice of experts, buried the Smith e-fits & never promoted the sighting. When you add that to it is even more obvious the man the Smiths saw was Gerry McCann. No gangs of predatory paedophiles breaking in drugging Maddie then passing her out of the window off into a waiting getaway car. There's no evidence of any of that. Only evidence Madeleine, in the wrong pyjamas, was deceased & her parents covered up the death by faking an abduction. That is all that can be reasonably deduced from the totality of the Smith sighting when accounting for the evidence. Basically.
