So he stole it and posted it to Jeremy but didn't keep a copy? I suppose next he'll be saying that the prison governor intercepted and destroyed it. Good job Z and now the CCRC have a copy then...

What a bullshitter. And he's locked the thread so he can ramble on and no one can challenge him. Headcase.

As if he wouldn't take at least half a dozen copies, put one up on the forum (job done, then), give one to McKay, supply one for the documentary.....he must think that lot are as daft as he is.

How can the supposedly intelligent posters on there not take offence at being treated like absolute muppets by Tesco who is showing himself to be exactly what he is .... a desperate old personal glory hunter!

Hang your heads in shame Nelly 1006 and Roach for looking up to that sad old porn peddler Tesco!

Do you remember when he was going on about having a copy of the itemised phone bill from WHF around the time of the murders? Minor problem with this is that itemised billing didn't exist then. He was challenged to post it on the forum if he had it. Surprisingly he never has.

Tesko is past his sell by date and an embarrassment to Jeremy Bamber.   Any  credibility which Tesko once had is long gone and he knows it.  I am not surprised he resorts to fiction to try to make a case.  His problem is that he cannot get past the spoofs that Bamber sold him while in prison.  Tesko will find it hard to accept that he has been lied to by Bamber and has spent two decades on a lost cause.

Exactly right goatboy.  Itemised billing never existed at that time for the Maldon exchange.
De troothe has the annoying habit of coming to the surface just when you least expect it!!

I know.. it's a bit freaky isn't it? The email is on my work comp so I'll c&p it tommorow.

Sorry, in all the excitement i forgot about this... here is the email from the CCRC:

* * NOT PROTECTIVELY MARKED * *

It is confidential to the applicant and the applicant’s nominated representative. If the case is referred to an appeal court, the Statement of Reasons is also sent to the court and to the prosecuting authority which has to decide whether to contest that appeal. In either situation, the Commission cannot make a Statement of Reason public. The applicant and their representatives are free to do what they choose with it.

 I hope this helps

 Regards

Subject: Statement of Reasons

Hello,

Just a quick question, is a final ‘statement of reasons’ a document available to the public, or is it confidential to the applicant?

Many thanks

Very interesting thank's Weety.

So Bamber and his McSkint Mclawyer could publish last years 89 page Statement Of Reasons and the lastest 109 page confirmation if they wanted to! Somehow I don't think they will, do you?

I doubt it somehow! Having read Simon's SOR it will be a detailed dissection of each submission and their opinion the validity of each one. I don't think they're going to want that publicised.

The submission must have been woeful for the CCRC to make such comments today as they have done.  Rather puts McChancers McKay's credibility back in the 'suspect' box.

ps Ta for posting that Weety.   8((()*/
