I do like GDS, he's a bit of a rogue. Mr DS has won some cases-:
In 2002 he managed to overturn a manslaughter conviction against Hoogstraten, getting him released from prison.
In 2003, Di Stefano secured the release of John "Goldfinger" Palmer from prison on a technicality, with only a fine of £33million for timeshare fraud, which Palmer later avoided paying.
I think, if it's shown that Mr DS isnt a solicitor, then the winning of these 2 cases makes it more astounding that a 'lay person' won.

Well I can tell you before his fraud trial starts in January that he isn't a qualified lawyer.  He uses this label of being a member of the American Bar Association as some sort of qualification which it is not.  The Association made this quite clear.

He is also not qualified in terms of any law degree in either the UK or Italy.
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

Wonder who else will be exposed next.
Jim Davidson revkons that there is another celeb who was a prolific abuser like Savile.

Jim fixed it for me in 1978. He put a blindfold on me and told me to milk a cow.   ?8)@)-)
