Of course he believes them... you need to be a complete idiot to think the police moved SC's body onto the floor for some nefarious purpose! Clue: where's the blood on the duvet?  Similarly with Woodcock poking his .22 "rifle" through the gap in the kitchen door to deliver her first neck wound.

Welcome to fantasy land... poor Gemma doesn't realise what she's let herself in for!

And where's the blood on SC's nightie?  Poor Gemma indeed!

Mike this morning you have posted the following:

Yes Dr V said it was possible, physiologically speaking, for SC to have walked around after the first shot but that is not to say she did.  What does the external blood distribution tell you?  This is what Dr V said:

"It is my view with regards to the mobility of the victim in regards to the first wound it is my opinion, taking into account the blood distribution internal and external from the first wound that the deceased had not got up and moved prior to receiving the second wound taken into consideration with the factors mentioned above must have been received within a few seconds of the first wound.  Therefore the question of the deceased Sheila Caffell leaving the bedroom let alone returning is in my view totally out of the question".

Now you are going to tell me that Dr V is a state paid agent evidenced by the fact that he was the pathologist assigned to the Princess Diana inquiry  8()(((@#

If you persist with this bizarre theory you will leave me in no doubt that you are the ultimate in northern numptiness!
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

Well the judge said the police 'were expertly lead in a direction by the accused'.

They changed their direction after Julie approached them & the silencer evidence came back. Together with lots of other pieces of incriminating information. The change of direction has proved to be the correct decision.

All seems above board to me. Bob Woffinden saying Jeremy is able to find tiny inaccuracies between different statements and jump all over them. So the police mistakes have benefited him.

Douglas Hurd made laws regarding how crime scenes are treated. The removal of items by police upon Jeremy's agreement may have also helped him.

A sad indictment on police competency if they were so easily misled by a bit of wet behind the ears public schoolboy!  Heaven help them dealing with hardened Essex criminals and the spill over into Essex from East/South London heavies.  I'm inclined to see the rellies led by RWB exerting undue pressure on EP as opposed to being expertly led by the lone JB.

A number of 'perfect storms' imo. I don't think its healthy when the investigating body is effectively part of the body that is being investigated.  Imo the case at the time was worthy of a public inquiry but that will never happen now as the system does not allow for it.  If JB's conviction is ever quashed perhaps then there will be an inquiry?

I think we've done the silencer and JM to death  8)><(  You either see it one way (guilty) or another way (not guilty/MoJ)  It seems compelling on the surface but so did the 'evidence' and prosecution witnesses in the Stefan Kiszko case.

I've said before JB and his supporters imo do themselves no favours by seizing on the smallest of anomalies etc and attempting to use it as proof of not guilty eg EP in communication with someone in WHF, NB phoning EP, one dead female in kitchen, movement at window etc.   Easy for me to say as I'm not the one claiming to be a MoJ.  Perhaps if I was I would be the same.  You will always find genuine errors, misunderstandings etc in such a situation. Impossible for it to be otherwise.

It was all very piecemeal: COLP, Douglas Hurd etc.  The removal of items by EP may have helped JB but it may have hindered him too.  Certainly the rellies removing things hindered the police investigation: buckets of water with blood stained clothing thrown away and the silencer removed and tampered with before handing over to EP. It's no way to run a justice system in a modern democratic country surely?
