My sister in law has used that term " he has gone ta ta"  it means gone crazy or he is ta ta = mad ,stupid ,crazy.

Oh the play on words from snowflakes who get upset on behalf of others, but dish  out vile snide remarks themselves. you gotta laff.  LOUDLY!

Laugh yourself sick, I did not use the term ta ta to mean anything derogatory, and that is a fact.  I have never heard the term used in a derogatory way, I am not from Liverpool where it allegedly is an insult and I challenge anyone to provide an independent cite demonstrating the use of this term in an offensive way.
