Yes use that WHO stuff on your hands but you aren't going to put that WHO stuff up your nose, are you!
I haven't read anything reliable about squirting anything in any orifice.
What I have read is to keep a safe distance from others (opinions vary from 1m - 2 m); wash your hands (or disinfect them otherwise), think about what you have touched that could transfer to your home, and DON'T touch your eyes, nose or mouth unless you have sterilised your hands. And that's tough.
Become more conscious of WASHING (properly) before. you touch your face - itchy nose, rubbing an eye, handling food...
Clean around you:
- steering-wheel if you drive
- anything you may have touched while outside (door handles, handrails, lift buttons, taps, cash, cash machines, in-store debit card purchases... Think about everything you would normally touch in a normal day. If can't wash your hands with soap (as most of us can't when out), then alcohol-based gel is a substitute.
I'm trying to drum this into others, but I've noticed that I haven't integrated some things that I should do, either.
I'll make a list of a few things that I should have done, but only thought about later, in case it rings bells with others.
It's a bit like scams, we all know about some and tend to think that others were mugs... until a new scam comes along and we get taken in. Then all we can do is to warn others.
