Why would he take her into that bed?

There’s something VERY suspicious about that

I’d guess she was totally “out of it” and he guided her upstairs while she was leaning on him, almost collapsed

He must have undressed her and put her on the bed — and there’s no way CM wouldn’t have woken up. That’s if he WAS actually asleep...who knows if he was going to get on top her after Jeremy finished?!

Those statements don’t add up at all

That reads to me Marsden didn’t have sex with Sarah

When Julie told Jeremy what Sarah had said, he got angry and said “If I see her I will go for her!”  That’s scary isn’t it? it definitely shows how he loses his temper and how he’d attack a woman who “got in his way”...

CM must have seen Jeremy taking her clothes off after he put her on the bed..as if he slept through the noises, movements etc? He’d have woken when Jeremy brought her in the room...and certainly when she flopped heavily onto the bed, which she must have done

Without seeing the statements or reading CAL‘s book - can’t work out how she’s interpreted this bit but

The fact Sarah had no idea how she’d ended up in the bed , and then woke to find Jeremy having sex with her proves she was asleep/unconscious/drugged/something...and he would have known that. So he was having sex without her consent.

Certainly sounds strange...just like date-rape drugs.

Julie’s sleeping pills may have been there, or his Valium...
