Just want to let everyone know that they can post photo links taken from the internet as such is already in the public domain.

Simply right click on the photo you want to copy and select  "Copy image location"

There is an icon on the task bar where you can add [1mg]  [/1mg] to your link.

A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.

Thanks, I had never seen those pictures before, I don't think I did say a child couldn't be passed through, I just wanted to see proof it was open, which I don't think I have unless I missed it and asked another question on the back of the window topic

But based on that, said abductor would have had to stand on the other bed, lent over it to pass her out, or climbed on the bed to get out dependent on 1 or 2 abductor theory from a logical point of view?

I didn't say you said a child couldn't be passed through, but others have.
Why would they have to stand on the other bed?
The bed clears half the window, there is a chair there, and the window slides across to the left.

If you look on Admins pic, there is loads of room at the bottom of the bed.

apologies, misunderstood.

Ah yes well pointed out about the space from the other angle, so from that perspective either straddles out of the window or passes out through window. Im discussing this as there appears to be discussions/theories too,1. if a child could have got out 2. been passed out of window or 3 carried out of window..

Now we can all purport theories on what may have or may have not happened based on probabilities but unfortunately these are not facts, and none of them can be backed up by evidence as yet, unless Ive missed something

Madeleine's bed, on the left of pic. Bottom right pic, is the windowsill. That window slides all the way across the other one.

That window is wider than the man standing there. Now you can't tell me, a child couldn't be passed through that, window. The sill is below the wall.

I could get through there and I am six foot and 260lb.

Without leaving any forensic traces ?

Without leaving any forensic traces ?

That is what I am saying. If I could get through there, a child could easily be passed through there.

But with adequate preparation, no forensics would be left.

Which would then have to lend itself to the 2 person theory?

So you are saying there was two abductors ?

Which just means that there are few certainties.

I am saying nothing of the sort.

I am saying that people who have been claiming that a child would not fit through the window are wrong.

I've never heard anyone claim that. What posters do say is that it would be almost impossible for an adult male carrying a child to fit through that window without leaving any forensic traces and I believe an expert in a Channel 4 documentary said the same.

You said passed through, if not 2 people passed to where? but I understand with your reference to there are a few certainties which actually explains what you have written.

Of course a child could be passed through without leaving any indicative forensic traces- wrapped in a blanket from the room, window carefully opened with gloves or an implement.

Hello,

Maybe you find this two links of any help regarding the 5A window.

http://espacioexterior.blogspot.com.es/2012/10/the-abduction-of-madeleine-mccann-report.html

Heri.

Those videos are so inaccurate and misleading as Madeleine was not in the bed next to the window and secondly she weighed a heck of a lot more than a stuffed sack.  No wonder there is so much nonsense being promoted about this case when rubbish like this is being promoted.

There is not a single testimony on the files from any independent testimony stating that the window was opened. For me that was a failed attempt from the Mccs to induce the idea of an abduction.

Sorry wrong Luz.  Crèche worker Amy Tierney was one of the first to arrive in the apartment after the alarm was raised by Kate.  She says in her statement...

She confirms that, on the night of the disappearance she was on duty and immediately went to the bedroom to see if the girl was hiding. She saw that the shutter was raised and that the window was partially open. It was then that she began to look in the wardrobes to see if the girl was hiding.

The first idea that occurred to her was that the girl could have left by her own means, however after checking that the window was open and the shutter raised she asked the parents whether Madeleine's shoes were there, to which they replied that they were, these facts led her to think that Madeleine could have been taken by someone.

However there was a bed against the window, which could have enabled the girl to climb up onto it and then up to the window, the witness thinks it would not be possible as she would not be able to open the shutters and even if she had done so she would have fallen outside as the window is too high for a child of that age to be able to descend without falling.

In relation to the crèche at the Club she added...

... if the guests wish so they can request services from the "Staff" who would look after the children from 19.30 to 23.30, however Madeleine's parents never did this although the service is free.
