There simply isn't enough evidence of any crime to charge him with anything anyway, so there certainly isn't enough to obtain any extradition order against him either. Him allegedly winking & nodding to his mates & saying 'I know all about what happened to Maddie' it isn't going to cut it I'm afraid. But, it is enough to convince McCann supporters anyway.

'The mother of missing Ben Needham says the investigation into his disappearance has been given 'scraps' of funding compared with Madeleine McCann.

Kerry Needham was speaking after being given the 'heartbreaking' news South Yorkshire Police were scaling back their involvement in the investigation into Ben's disappearance.

South Yorkshire Police said its role had always been a 'conduit for information sharing' with the Greek authorities.

A spokesperson said: 'As we approach the 35 year anniversary of the disappearance of Ben, we have reviewed our processes to ensure these remain fit-for-purpose and can withstand any increase in information flow.

'Our resource allocation has not changed, as we continue to have a designated family liaison officer and detective inspector as the points of contacts for all of the relevant agencies and Ben?s family. The Greek investigation is open and we believe it will remain open until a conclusion is reached.

There is no pushback whatsoever against the McCanns & their unverified claim that Madeleine was abducted. Instead we get instances like this programme, where people who claim to have apparently closely studied the files make claims such as 'there's no evidence against the Mccanns', as if the Smith sighting wasn't in the files at all. This case & the people who slavishly bend the knee to the McCanns I find quite disgusting really. But this is going to rumble on forever because Maddie is unrecoverable & the McCanns have vowed to never give up.
