Indeed they did- they refused to tell parents that they should not leave their babies unattended for ANY length of time- and to not lock their children in OR leave doors unlocked for under4s to go get help if they are in danger or if  one of them cries.. rotten to the core Portuguese!  they must be racist as well because the other tourist didn't leave their children alone.
