Eye colour can be changed by the addition of special lenses which are also intended to hide colobomas, which as we all know Madeleine had in the one eye.   I have gone through this twice before on the forum.

However, I don't think that this girl is Madeleine.  Gerry has a long distance from his lip to the underside of his nose (top of cupids bow to underside of nose), Madeleine has this too.   The young lady in the photo does not have this  and proportions like that cannot be changed

She's nothing like MM would now appear... ask Sadie, our resident portraitist.  Her eyes are closer together, her nares, alae and tip are a different shape and the distance between the base of her nose and upper lip is less than MM's would be.

I agree, myster.  The nose to upper lip measurement was the defining feature for me, but as you say there are other anomalies between the two faces..
