Facebook doesn't work like that.   I'll try and get it but we all have to be a little patient.  This whole exploration could be all news to him as well.  We've done a bit of homework and we can confidently say her picture has "been plastered all over the internet for years already".    But what does that mean with respect to the actual person?  She still exists.
I didn't know it was going to end up being a case like this when I started the thread.  I'm surprised and I'm sure he will be too.

The pic above was the one I first saw and it seems to be the original of https://cabelo.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/adult-art-artistic-235462-e1536940308300.jpg  before it was enhanced in some way.
 
If this was taken before or on  09/2018  Madeleine McCann would have been 15 years and 4 months  The photo could be of a 15 year old, I can't really be sure.
