He's told the parents they have concrete evidence of death.... I think it would be inhuman for him to say that if he didn't have it....another  reason why I think he does

Well, I think your wrong surely for god sake the mcc would want to know if he could prove Maddie was dead.

How can he justify having that evidence yet is not producing it till he can prove it was CB - what if that never happens.
