Well, I don't know her, but her book has been out for quite a while now and, as far as I am aware, nobody has yet sued her for libel.  Therefore, it is reasonable for me to assume there is a lot of truth in what she says.
A lot of truth in what someone says isn't really enough though is it? If someone is campaigning to get someone convicted of an extremely violent murder freed you would want everything that they say to be true surely?.

Of course, and I have no reason to suspect that what Sandra Lean writes is untrue.

I don't understand why some people have misgivings about her, but the fact is, she has done more to campaign for Luke than has anyone else, and if she is right about Luke being innocent of Jodi's murder, she has achieved an awful lot, whatever mistakes she may or may not have made along the way.

But if she's wrong about Luke (as she has been wrong about at least two other individuals) what would that make her...?

On the other hand she could be doing Luke more harm than good. If Luke is guilty she's making an impossible situation for him to get back from. Therefor doing him more harm than good!

How could she be doing him more harm than good?

I think that she should be lauded for everything she’s done for Luke, especially considering the toxicity of the treatment she’s received from certain individuals. It seems to me that there are several posters even here who have a vested interest in keeping Luke behind bars and have joined since the documentary simply to further muddy the waters.

Perhaps it was the muddy waters of the documentary and sandra lean that brought more people here. It certainly was what brought me here!  I have no vested interest in keeping luke behind bars as you put it. He has been convicted of a violent crime, failed several appeals, so yes he should stay in prison to serve his sentence until such times as parole board are satisfied that he is safe to be free in society. Regardless of what Sandra Lean says its not been proven that he has been wrongfully convicted.

Surely it's in everyone's interest to keep violent psychopaths locked up for as long as possible and resist all attempts to free them early?

It is indeed-----so long as Luke actually is a violent psychopath.

Agreed---if he's guilty.

One could say the same about anyone who campaigns against a possible miscarriage of justice. It's  always the case  that they might be wrong.

And that is something that sadly Sandra Lean has a track record of being - wrong.

I’m sorry I wasn’t pointing the finger at you though now you mention it you have claimed that Luke is in protection in prison yet seem reluctant to point out where you obtained this information. For me that’s certainly ‘muddying’ the waters without any justification.

There's no muddying the waters in my part . I'm not claiming as you put it that Luke is on protection .I'm stating it as FACT!. As I've said before it's not relevant whether he's on protection or not. What IS relevant is why Sandra Lean claims he isn't and that is muddying the waters on her part

Ms Lean has been shown to lie on more than one occasion. This is a simple fact.

This has now only recently been changed to they should have checked YW's as it is just yards away.

Hasn't it also been shown on this forum alone that she is mistaken in her assertion that there was only one route he could have taken home after murdering Jodi and that was along a public highway.

And Sandra Lean claimed to James English,

“There were no issues in his childhood”

Clearly there were

Luke Mitchell to Rozyln Little 2018
“I was always bullied by teachers and considered suicide”

Luke Mitchell school jotters - pre crimes
Why can’t I die?
Is there a purpose in my life?
If not, then suicide is my best option!
