Is he saying he wants them ‘released’ from Sandra Leans possession or ‘released’ into the public domain?

Not sure but If it's the public domain then that isn't possible via Sandra Lean.

I'm not sure what he means. I just hope he is grateful for all the support Sandra Lean and others have given him. You have posted yourself about some of the people involved at the moment. They think they know it all trample over the feelings of people connected to the case and make rash decisions  purely because they want to and think that they can. Being able to do something doesn't make it right.

Sandra Lean stated publicly she hasn’t been able to get hold of her publisher

It was possible he might have been in prison when she allegedly attempted to contact him ⬇️

We’re 17 years in* (*can’t make out if she said in or down) the line there’s a kid there who’s lost his his entire youth so if it comes to getting a new website up and putting stuff on there that’s not been out before well maybe it’s time maybe it’s time

I fail to understand how members can on one hand condemn, quite rightly, the threats made against Jane Hamilton, yet condone the same tactics used against Dr Lean.

No idea but if Luke is really being as vocal as is being claimed then he could explain.
Maybe people are hearing what they want to hear. Agreeing that  a protest is a good idea might not mean that everything else in the statement is as it appears.
