He's been accused by those who have that evidence.

By those who say they have the evidence, but seem to lack the certainty to take the next step.

You still don't understand the difference between evidence and proof.. Until you do it's fairly pointless commenting on your logic..
Of course it could be that the whole of the German investigation are a bunch of liars... But I sincerely doubt it

I've seen no evidence that Brueckner entered 5A, took Madeleine McCann away and murdered her either, but he's been accused of doing so. His alleged motive is an assumption, because I can think of easier targets and easier ways of taking a child if he wanted one.
I want to hear about these easier targets and easier ways of abducting a child, easier than entering an unlocked apartment while the parents are elsewhere and lifting out a sleeping child.  Can you please answer my question.

You don't require to see any evidence in an active police investigation.  You are a civilian with nothing to do with anything and I think it is sheer arrogance to make the observation you have.  I'm almost certain that the parents of the missing child haven't seen the evidence and I haven't heard them bleating about it.

Those investigating officers tasked with looking at Madeleine's case six years after the Policia Judiciaria bailed out of the equation in their haste to archive it in 2008, have looked with interest at the many individuals inadequately explored by the PJ at the time.

Having made inquiries and worked their way through that lot and eliminated them from involvement, Scotland Yard eventually came across Brueckner.

In one way or another he has been a person of interest from 2017 till the present day.

The Scotland Yard investigation undoubtedly investigated many others they thought fitted a particular profile only to rule them out after investigation.

What makes Brueckner different and a so called patsy.  Why did they pick on him out of all the potential patsies they looked at if pinning the blame on someone, anyone was the game they were playing?

I suggest Brueckner is unique in evidence relating to him having having been found during investigation which could not rule him out of the frame and thus he became a suspect.

No-one needs to make any assumptions about anything pertaining to Brueckner - all that is needed is evidence of what he did and be able to prove it.

"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

Police and or prosecutors charge offenders when they think they have the evidence to prove them guilty in court.

I'm surprised you bothered posting to be honest, as what you posted explains nothing and achieves nothing imo.

I can't be bothered explaining.
You can’t be bothered answering my questions either - why not?  You claimed you could think of easier targets and easier ways of taking a child than walking into an unlocked apartment where the parents were absent and lifting a sleeping child from their bed.  So if you can think of them you should be able to share them with us, third or fourth time of asking.

I think you have enough imagination to answer the question yourself.

You’re the one claiming you can think of far easier targets and ways for someone like Brückner to steal a small child to abuse, I’m afraid my imagination really does not stretch that far, so how about you share with us your own imaginings?  Fourth or fifth time of asking.
