You believe the evidence exists because Wolters say it does. Operation Grange are less trusting and are still treating Madeleine's disappearance as a missing person.
Right, so now you're respecting Operation Grange's opinion? L.O.L.

G-Unit, on what basis do you think CB can be dismissed as a suspect?  Perhaps this could be a new thread topic.

Why do you opine with such authority about matters it is impossible for you to know anything about 😁
When exactly were you enlisted into the confidence of Operation Grange to presume to know who or what they trust!
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

It's neither a hope nor a belief with me, so think again.  My hope is that the case is solved, my belief is that Madeleine was abducted by a stranger from her bed, the rest remains to be seen.

The evidence is that the Portuguese police - the German police and SY are all in agreement with you (and me) that Madeleine was abducted.

Investigators believe they have evidence which indicates the identity of the stranger is who might be responsible.

Wolters' opinion is constantly quoted; some even suggest it amounts to evidence of CB's guilt. Operation Grange were some people's oracle previously, but are now being ignored. So fickle.

You know the sceptics are on a sticky wicket when they have to resort to citing Operation Grange to defend their position.

I'm not sure what the Portuguese police think.

I'm not sure what the Portuguese police think.
They probably think "oh just go away, leave us alone and stop embarrassing us, we don't know what happened and we don't really care".

Now THAT'S speculation.  @)(++(*

I'm not sure what the Portuguese police think.

Their prime suspect was Euclides Montiero evidence of whose alleged death and burial appears to have been such a closely guarded secret that in 2013 they reopened Madeleine's case on the strength of his involvement.
So that was their thinking back then.

What they have done over the intervening years short of keeping Madeleine's case officially open, I have absolutely no idea.  But "the best laid plans etc" if it was to bury an inept initial investigation, didn't quite work out like that, did it.

Why do people opine with such authority about CB's guilt? OG are not investigating a murder, they've said so.

Your lack of joined up thinking is astounding imo.  What are OG investigating?  That's right: "abduction by a stranger".  What is CB?  A Stranger, potential abductor.  Which bit of this does not make sense to you?  Also, did you know that members of SY Homicide Squad were assigned to the Operation?  How do you square this strange anomaly?   Because once upon a time the sceptic community used to push this particular detail with glee to taunt McCann supporters who hoped Madeleine was still alive.  Oh, how times have changed!

So when you say the Portuguese polce believe Madeleine was abducted your evidence is that they allegedly reopened their investigation to investigate Motiero, amongst other leads. It was Correio da Manha who reported that, but it was never officially confirmed.

"A spokesman for the Policia Judiciaria said: "A secrecy order placed on the reopened case, and our professional secrecy, prevents us from making any comment on Correio da Manha's reports.""

You are really scraping the bottom of the barrel with that misinformation🙄

I've not seen anyone claiming Brueckner's guilt ~ what I have seen are claims of evidence which have qualified Brueckner to be proclaimed the prime suspect in a heinous crime.
The courts will determine his guilt or not.

It is however gratifying to witness your conversion to supporting the Scotland Yard initiative - which was for so long the object of sceptic rancour (lol ~ all four of them) and alleged inability to get anything right.

The road to Damascus must be littered with scales which have fallen from sceptic eyes!
