HCW doesn't want to question him as a suspect, because then he has to show his evidence. Fulscher is talking about the fact that CB won't talk until he is forced to. I was asking, how do you know, that prior to the appeal (and before Fulscher was his lawyer), the police did not approach him in prison to put certain questions to him to see if he was willing to talk on a voluntary basis?

You don't know. You are assuming. I know you are.

If the evidence being touted against Brueckner’ has any merit what could he do it undermine it? For me this is a particularly foolish excuse not to question him.
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

A serving or ex soldier has one detail engraved on his or her memory. I still remember my husband's. Any guesses?

Her Majesty's Royal Navy always was The Senior Service.

When did VS's name become Swertigo Virl ?
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

When in a bored moment I inadvertently discovered you could change your name in your profile settings.  I might change it to something else later.  Perhaps I might even resurrect Alfred R Jones just for a laugh like.

It is becoming more obvious to me as time passes that certain articles have no idea of what they are talking about.

There has never been any evidence against The McCanns.

Brueckner?  Things are now looking very dodgy.  Who will gainsay me on that?

Hmm, I don’t think swapping the first few letters of my online profile exactly puts me in league with the devil, but ok if you say so. At least I wasn’t using my idle hands to wring kittens’ necks, eh?

Looking dodgy for CB , how do you  reckon that out, 5 yrs on from OG telling the BKA of him and its where exactly ?
A suspect , so were  others at times including three locals who it was said at the time OG asked if they killed Madeleine, so its not a stretch to suggest they were prime suspects once.

I don't care if Brueckner is a prime suspect.  And I don't care if he has nothing to say.  I am thoroughly tired of the whole ghastly business.  That little girl is either alive or dead.  If she is dead then she is long dead.  Who might have killed her isn't my problem.

Mind your own business.  I will do as I please.  There are far too many of you saying one thing and doing another.

The point is that sceptics are totally mistaken.. Who would have guessed... In saying 15 million has been spent looking for MM.
It hasn't... 15 mill has been spent looking for the abductor and murderer of MM.. And it looks like its paid off.
Or should we just let child murderers get away with it. Thank god SY and the Germans have stuck with it when the pathetic PJ failed

This is basically what it is all about.

Madeleine McCann was a British Citizen lost abroad and The PJ tried to pin it on her parents for an easy answer.

It was the duty of the English Police to try to find out what actually happened.  That is what your Passport says.

Whether or not it was Brueckner is still debatable.  But why would The Germans pursue this for the sake of a British child who is actually nothing to do with them?
