It’s not libellous to say I view CB as a strong suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.  I have never stated he murdered her, but in my opinion it’s quite likely he did.  I would suggest reporting this post if voicing the exact same opinion that HCW has voiced in the world’s media is breaking UK law.    @)(++(*

What evidence do you have that Brueckner murdered Maddie?

I mean, personally, I believe the McCanns were involved in Madeleine’s disappearance based on eye witness testimony. So my belief is supported by evidence. What evidence convinces you that Brueckner murdered Maddie?

What HCW has done IS libel. Unless I'm free to go on national television, accuse the McCanns of being murderers & then present no evidence of such. No? Oh, why's that? Because it would be libellous. That's why.

Libel Schmibel.  I seem to recall some fat old Portuguese copper wrote a bestselling book in which he accused the McCanns and their friends of lies, deception and much worse, and made a video and a career out of pointing the finger at them and that was all perfectly ok according to the ECHR.  I have never libelled CB and the troll can do one, it’s getting boring now.

Yes. The evidence was presented at the ECHR & dismissed. Funnily enough, a libel trial is the only way the evidence against Brueckner will ever see the inside of a courtroom.
Anyway, I was very sad to read that John Canaan died recently. Another man falsely accused of murder.

Anyway, I'm glad you mentioned Amaral, he hasn't been spoken of lately. McCann supporters were up in arms for years with the fact that he accused the McCanns without evidence, & yet, when HCW commits the same atrocity against Christian Brueckner, you're reaction is Meh, whatever.

I think something that we've learned over the 16 years is that the McCann's did in fact 'get away with it', IMHAHAEO. That much is plain now.
The fact that bodily fluid containing DNA that was 'very likely'* to come from MM was found behind the couch in 5a is even enough evidence alone to tip the balance.

I can't see this post staying up for long. Anyway...https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13940555/There-lot-people-think-parents-involved-Maddie-case-Christian-Brueckner-lawyers-cruel-jibe-Gerry-Kate-McCann-chief-suspect-cleared-rape-charges.html

The troll has at least written something revealing in one of his posts above when he wrote that it was a “fact that Amaral accused the McCanns without evidence”.   A a subconscious admission of what we all know to be true whether we can admit it to ourselves or not.

Yeah, that was a mistake. I forgot momentarily that Martin Smiths eye witness account is evidence.

The Daily Mail appears to be the only outlet that had the balls to repeat these comments made by Brueckner's lawyer.

My mistake. The Times also carried these comments.

My mistake. The Times also carried these comments.
Including the scathing eviceration of HCW by Judge Engemann almost verbatim.
Essentially he ruined the trial, although it's clear the right verdict was reached, thankfully.
His chances of getting an appeal evaporated with the judge's closing comments.
The chances of the HCW / the media / the McCann's pinning the abduction of MM on CB went at the exact same moment.

If I knew ALL thr evidence I’d be sure to tell you.  I do however only know about the evidence which has been reported in the media, and there is sufficient for me to form the opinion that he is a strong suspect.  Now, feel free to dismiss that evidence and concentrate on all the evidence which you believe points to the McCanns and I will dismiss it all as easily as you dismiss the evidence against Bruckner.  Funnily enough the law enforcement professionals all seem to agree with my position on this too, must be a big international conspiracy to protect the McCanns I expect.

I do however only know about the evidence which has been reported in the media, and there is sufficient for me to form the opinion that he is a strong suspect.

Well that says it all really MSM evidence not worth the paper its written on....not exactly concrete is it.

Funnily enough the law enforcement professionals all seem to agree with my position on this too,

What IYO are O.G. still being funded for who are they looking for....

Why are they still being funded if they think HCW has enough evidence.

If IYO HCW has evidence C.B.  is the so called abductor.

Why in your posts do you call members trolls... when it seems in your posts you come across as one yourself.

Your post seems very bitter as if it affected you personally.

The thing here is though ...G.A. hasn't been proved wrong has he.

I remember before the trial saying how Wolters comments could influence the judge. What I hadn't factored in was how Wolters branding of Brueckner as a monster could also influence the witnesses. Yes, any hope of a future trial has been destroyed by Wolters himself. What an excellent prosecutor he is  @)(++(*
