I believe Maddie was already dead before the McCanns booked their holiday.
that doesn’t surprise me.

It's my new theory about the case.

What really surprises me is the reluctance to actually try and work out exactly when in the timeline Kate is likely to have discovered Madeleine’s demise.  I think we could have a really constructive discussion if we decided
1) she knew before going out to dinner
2) she found out at dinner
3) she found out after doing her last check.
We might even be able to pull together a totally coherent and plausible timeline of events that could finally crack the case.

So the entire Tapas Group were in on it from the outset.  OK, let’s examine motive first.  Why did they take their dead daughter on holiday with them in your opinion?

OK, as you asked so nicely.

Thank You.  Although it wasn't you I was concerned about.

Would you agree that ascertaining a timeline is nigh on impossible now due to the utterly incogruent statements (from most parties)?
In the list you provided, for example, establishing that most of those things even happened is difficult, certainly the 'checking' part.

Yes they did leave the children by themselves I wouldn't have but they all did.  I think they were lulled into a false state
of security when on holiday as seems to happen to a lot of people.  A quiet safe child friendly site hardly anyone around seemed ideal didn't it.

I think if I found my child missing from her bed and the window which was always kept shut open then the first thing I would think of is that someone had got into the apartment.  I don't blame Kate for thinking Madeleine was abducted as she couldn't find her anywhere.  She spent time looking as you would do just in case.  Kate said she thought Madeleine could be hiding cowering somewhere away from the person who had came into the bedroom.

Of course she ran.  Shouting from the apartment wouldn't guarantee they would hear her or make out what she was saying.

She left everything as it was panic set in.

Curtains pinned behind the bed and chair?  How would you manage to close or open the curtains?  I wonder if they were in that position after the Police had searched the room.

Yes a finger print on the window left as Kate wasn't faking an abduction,  if she had been she'd have wiped it off.

Jemmied window is a saying you would use if you thought someone had broken in.  Actually the blinds could be opened from outside so in fact they were broken as they should only be opened from inside.

Maybe look at the photo.....then you would know.

Some have theory's it happened before the 3rd.

What was odd the first photo of Maddie that was shown next day ....was of Maddie around  2 ish year old

IIRC there was more than 1 timeline.

I'm not interested in what an crackpot who believes Madeleine died at the start of the week has to say.  As for the photo's again were they taken after the Police had sent forensics in?

The photo showed a clear photo of Madeleine's face along with the eye.  Yes more than one timeline did they try to hide that?  NO

Back in the day investigators made an effort to check out known paedophiles in Luz.

That is procedure in ALL missing children cases worldwide.

Madeleine's case was not solved. It was shelved in 2008. And so it would have remained without without her parent's unrelenting efforts on her behalf which resulted in Scotland Yard opening Madeleine's case in 2013 and the Portuguese reopening her case shortly thereafter.

Both police forces concentrated their efforts on locals all of whom were associated with the holiday apartments of the Ocean Club where the McCann family stayed in 2007.

Like the previous three persons of interest, these arguidos were subject to intensive police scrutiny which resulted in their exoneration from any association with Madeleine's disappearance.
In fact to express the opinion that they have is slander if you say it is and libel if you put it in print.

The investigation into Madelene's disappearance continues until the present day.  There is another arguido or prime suspect, in the frame.
This time one who ticks all the boxes absent from the 2007 and the 2013 investigation; not only resident in Luz but a convicted sex offender. One who fits the police profile of the type of individual they were looking for in 2007 and all the years since then.

Yeah - my opinion is that the authorities have learned loads in the intervening years. Only the conspiracy theorists remain stuck in their own wee bubble. Such it always was and as long as there is notoriety and/or money to be made from the McCann family tragedy so it always will be. The benighted will always be there insisting on displaying their ignorance to all comers.
When one wastes a couple of seconds of life in giving them a passing thought their predicament would be truly tragic were they not so retrograde and nasty. Living in the past - and not one's own past, but someone else's must be a bit soul destroying; but having made it one's 'specialist subject' while proving incapable of actually learning something is tremendously sad.

But the irrefutable evidence that some individuals have bookmarked their psyche around a few months in 2007 with guru one even launching diplomas in the hatred has to be marked as extraordinary behaviour. But it takes all sorts.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

CB was only made arguido by the PJ due to pressure from the Germans as the statute of limitations was about to expire. A technical exercise. Tick box to appease our Teutonic overlords.
