Who is actually looking after the fund is it the McCann's ?

Why would you ask that....but anyway they sure are.

As already said  they should have done a better job looking after Maddie.

Or at least use it to look for Maddie.

At the moment it seems no one is looking for her.

The total value of the fund is now £1,028,753, up from £921,819 a year ago. It is the first time it has exceeded £1m since 2008, when hundreds of thousands of pounds were being donated by well-wishers.

So seems non of it getting spent on any search....oh but

The bulk of the value of the ‘Madeleine’s Fund: Leaving No Stone Unturned Ltd’ fund has been invested in stocks and shares. The portfolio increased from £848,305 to £955,334 in the 12 months up to March this year thanks to stock market successes.

There are three Police forces conducting an investigation into Madeleine's disappearance incase you've forgotten. They wouldn't want in any way to obstruct this investigation,

Don't you believe it. 2 of them are just sitting on the sideline watching the third make a fool of itself.

That's your jaundiced view of the situation.  The truth of the matter is you have no idea how the Portuguese or British police view the German investigation and don't pretend otherwise.

Just admit it, they're doing zilch. Left the heavy lifting to the Germans years ago.

So that's your opinion....well.

How do you know 3 police forces are looking for an alive Maddie.

Wasn't they working with Germans then... who are suppose to have evidence Maddie was murdered

Police in three countries are in a race against the clock to find evidence against Brueckner. But in a devastating blow to Madeleine’s parents, Kate and Gerry, prosecutors warned charges are not imminent.

Prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters told Sky News: “There is currently no prospect of an indictment in the Maddie case. As things stand, the accused’s imprisonment will end in early September.”

If I may interject: I have to be honest, I don't think Operation Grange is actively investigating, per se, but may be manning the phones, nip to the chippy at dinner, stick a few bets on, nip out for a pint, come back, lock up, fck off.
In all seriousness, at this point, Shirley it's an admin exercise, nothing more.

Look at that panned out. Sheer folly. Never trust a German (apart from Klopp).

Its obvious that they aredoing nothing, because the Germans have it all in hand.
OG have no jurisdiction to do anything other to juggle paperwork and rearrange the office furniture.
Even the boss spends his time on more productive activities

Sorry, which boss are you referring to?  And why would they need to constantly rearrange office furniture?  You still haven't convinced me you have any insight into what's going on behind the scenes, because what's obvious to you isn't actually supported by anything remotely approaching evidence.  We do know Operation Grange continues to receive funding and I'm sure it doesn't cost the best part of £200k to move furniture around the office, unless it's on a daily basis and they're employing Pickfords each time.
