How do sceptics explain the corroborative evidence of the video tapes as supplied by the ex-girlfriend Marina F and his ex partner in crime Christian P?  is there a multi person plot to bring Christian B down and did the ex girlfriend go so far as to present a forged note to the court claiming to be from her ex?  I presume this can be your only explanation as you’ve all decided that the video tapes never existed haven’t you?

One anticipates notification of the resumption of Bueckner's rape and sexual abuse trial to be announced sometime in March.
Once that is done and dusted the German authorities will no doubt decide any further course of action deemed necessary to legally clear up the cesspit which is this man.

Then one must live in hope while always keeping in the back of one’s mind the proviso that hope dies hard.
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

Anyone with an ounce of decency would hope this man is put away for a very long time for the crimes he has so obviously committed, and not use his acquittal to score snarky points on an internet forum just because they think the parents of Madeleine McCann threw her body away in a bin.

You are in public and seem quite able to accuse them freely in most of the posts you write.

I'm talking about MSM ....seems no one is allowed to discuss anything apart from the so called abduction.

Just out of curiosity...Is there anyone on here

who would leave their babies in a room, with the door unlocked, a 5 minute walk away in a foreign country.

If the appeal succeeds (which it probably won’t because life is unfair) it would at least keep Bruckner locked up and give the Germans more time to investigate.  And before you say it - yes, I know they’ve been investigating him for years, but it would also restore the credibility of some of the witnesses that could potentially be called upon in a trial concerning Madeleine’s disappearance.  This is why all sceptics hope the appeal fails, never mind that this recent trial appears to have made a mockery of justice and of the victims in these cases.

All septics want it to fail.....what right do you have to presume that.

I couldnt care less either way

I think..we have enough going on here ....cover ups grooming gangs ect than worry about a german pedo.

My only interest is ......is HCW ever going to show what evidence he has that CB is the so called abductor of Maddie.

because life is unfair)

Certainly was for Maddie..who was left to all the elements of danger causing -  harm or injury to a child

I'll be surprised if the Appeal court judges don't allow the appeal.
You need to gird the loins, I'm afraid. Feel free to research the German appeal process and the success rate of appeals petitioning against a technical point.
CB will be out in September. Quite how they get him out is another matter.
I suggest you lot chip in for a mini-bus and rock up at the jail to pelt him with Werther's Originals and cat shit.

Edit: Forgot to mention / rub it in, but even if successful the most you could hope for is a retrial - a retrial using the same discredited witnesses becasue there's no new evidence. If there was new evidence they would have petitioned stating as much. They're appealing against a perceived lack of due process. In layman's terms, it's a busted nutsack.

So anyone who has a contrary opinion to you lacks decency. Rude.
And who mentioned bin? It was a [insert potential hiding place here], not a bin.

Because I haven’t seen one single sceptic criticise the acquittal, not one miligram of angst or outrage that this rapist and child molester will soon be free to walk the streets again thanks to the (imo) bonkers ruling of this German judge.   Why is Madeleine the only child whose fate you care about?  What about Bruckner’s victims past and the ones that are likely to be in the future?   Your callous disregard for them is quite chilling and obviously driven imo by an overriding desire to let CB off the hook so that attention can return with a vengeance to parent bashing.

No, anyone who wants a rapist and paedo to walk free just to win some points on the internet when the likelihood is he committed all the crimes he was recently acquitted of lacks common decency imo.  Do you seriously think Bruckner did not rape HB and did not molest a child on the beach and did not wank in front of others?  Are you utterly convinced of his innocence in all these cases?
As for who mentioned bin - both Faithlilly and Spam are convinced that Smithman traipsed all the way through the centre of PdL looking for a bin to put the body in and the reason why the body has never been found is because it is festering under a thousand tons of Portuguese garbage, presumably mainly sardine bones and empty wine bottles.
