The fact remains that after being found guilty of aggravated rape, investigators charged the only suspect in the crime against Madeleine McCann with not only one indictment for serious sexual assault but five.

Bearing that precedent in mind, only investigators have the information which may result in Brueckner being indicted with one crime or more crimes than one.

At the moment it is very much a waiting game until the appeal court makes a ruling, but my money is on it being more than one.

Yes it was a dig at you, inspired by your own dig at Brietta, so what? My point was that rather than being a harsh moderator Brietta has actually been incredibly tolerant considering you basically attack her every time you post.  That’s not hypocrisy, that’s just pointing out the truth.
