What a very odd response. If you were living rent free in my head I?d be calling for you to be evicted pdq. Also I didn?t claim that SY would care what you thought, another odd remark. None of the anomalies I?m referring to are particularly significant and I expect that if any were, a quick phone call or catch up meeting would soon iron them out, or are you claiming to know that the Met have never discussed any elements of the case with the McCanns in 13 years?
You said
'That said, if the Met police had questioned them about some of the strange anomalies that appeared in their non-verbatim twice translated statements giving the a chance to clarifyand correct any mistakes would you have believed a word? Doubtful!'
It makes not one jot to the discussion, or to SY, what I think.
If you think that SY would informally discuss anomalies that appeared in the parents statements about Madeleine's disappearance then you are truly ignorant of how police investigations work.
The parents were never questioned about those anomalies as they were never investigated, a disgraceful dereliction of their duty towards a missing child.
