The Madeleine got out on her own theory.
« on: September 08, 2025, 02:07:09 PM »
Well, well, well.

I wondered when this theory would gather some moss with the MSM. Sky News is running with this theory today after all the other theories have died a death.

I have been saying for many years that Madeleine got out of the apartment and ran into trouble in the street outside. Now some German woman is being blamed for running her over while driving a friend's car and removed the body from the scene.

Off course the German police never investigated this, choosing instead to run with their Bruckner did it theory.

Anyone else put any strength on this theory?

It's more likely than Brueckner, the hapless hobo who got caught 103% of the time, planned, abducted, murdered, successfully disposed of her body and had the full weight of 3 police forces' scrutiny - and got away with it.
Waaay more likely.

But I'm afraid the dogs, John, the dogs.

Are Sky giving this theory serious credence John?  Or are they simply re-hashing old theories for some extra clicks?  Where is the evidence that Madeleine died in a car accident?

Explain why it is more likely.  Explain why it is so unlikely that a known paedophile living in the area and familiar with the layout of the OC would be able to enter an unlocked groundfloor apartment and remove a 3 year old child, put her in a vehicle and drive off into the boondocks and have his wicked way with her, then bury her body in the middle of nowhere afterwards.  Why do you think this is so incredibly unlikely that you think a road traffic accident is waaaaay more plausible?

I don't follow. Didn't the dog follow her scent around the building and down the street where it suddenly ended?

This indicates to me an accident of some sort just down from the gate to the apartment.

Didn’t the dogs follow her scent to a carpark?  That indicates that she was taken on foot to a parked car and driven off to me.

Yes, that was the car park opposite the entrance to the Ocean Club complex. I still am of the opinion she made it that far solely on her own. The scent stops at the side of the road, there was no detection in the car park.

why would you get out of your car and pick up a child’s body you’d just run over and drive off with it?  Wouldn’t hit and run be less risky?

Why was the window open in the bedroom?   When is this supposed to have happened they were up and down that road checking on the children.  Plus Gerry was chatting to Jez.  No idea why someone would take a dead body away with them.  Was there blood on the road?  No I'm not convinced this happened at all.

You've literally, inadvertently, blown your own theory out of the water.
You're concerned with the timeframe to run over a child and stick her in the boot, which might take less than a minute, yet you are happy to permit an abductor a much larger window to plan, lurk and perpetrate the crime of the century.

Brueckner's going to be living like Jame Bond (with kids instead of women, obviously) in Bali in 2 weeks, maybe concentrate the mind on that.

...and which open window? Depends which of the fairytales the T9 you want to believe, if any.

Yes I am concerned with the timeframe of a hit and run which would be done on the spur of the moment.  The abductor had a plan.  It was well thought out.

Yeh, you conveneintly skirted around the issue;

- Scoping, lurking, waiting for (an apparent) window of opportunity, open blinds and window without damaging either, climbing in through said window leaving no trace, scooping up (probably awake / crying as usual) child, making good escape in conspicuous Winnebago / van, not get caught - several minutes.

- Knocking a kid over and sticking it in the boot - 1 minute

...and you're concerned with the timeframe of a hit and run?
