Very few people think that Sheila made a 999call at 6.09, Red!
I think that Philip Boyce's Aga evidence is better proof of JBs innocence.
It's a documented fact that the so called 999 call was in reality the open line (phone was off the hook) in the house being diverted (or repatched) to the Information Room at Chelmsford Police Headquarters (HQIR)
This cannot be legally disputed in any meaningful sense, because it has been proven by evidence, and agreed on in the original court case.
But Jeremy Bamber and his legal representatives, as well as the Guardian newspaper, the New Yorker magazine and JB's Campaign team...have all recently - and wrongly - said that the innocent diversion of the call by a BT operator to HQIR, was in fact an emergence 999 call made by someone inside the house.
It is a long proven fact that it was not an emergency call from someone inside the house.
The truth is this:
Jeremy Bamber (deliberately?) left the phone off the hook at Whitehouse Farm so that no one from that point onwards, would be able to get through to the house. It ensured that confusion and suspicion was aroused and maintained when Jeremy Bamber got home after murdering his family, got cleaned up and then rang the police.
Having the phone off the hook at 3 in the morning, would enhance the feeling that there was something wrong going on in the house, whilst Jeremy Bamber was at his own house.
Under cross examination, during the actual court case in 1986, Jeremy Bamber confirmed that he took a call from his father to say that his sister had got the guns and gone crazy. Bamber then said the line went dead as if the actual phone cable had been cut with a pair of scissors.
Jeremy Bamber then confirmed that he himself hung up by pressing the two buttons on those old phones, which would have disconnected the call, thus allowing him to make another call.
He then claims to have immediately rang his father up again but got the engaged signal. i.e. the phone at white house farm is now off the hook, which could then be confirmed by the police, therefore heightening the feeling that there really was something wrong....whilst Jeremy Bamber was 3 miles away at his own house.
But it was confirmed by BT engineers at the time, and in court in 1986, that Jeremy Bamber would not have been able to phone back for at least another 2 minutes (apparantly up to 10 minutes) due to the mechanical nature of the phone system in 1986.
The phone at Jeremy Bambers house would have been completely non-functioning for several minutes, whilst the mechanics at the various exchanges unlocked themselves.
Therefore Jeremy Bamber did not phone his dad back when he said he did. It did not happen. And yet that was a huge part of Jeremy Bambers story at the time, and one that he repeated.
But it factually never happened.
And that was his alibi.
And now he is twisting it around, along with his supporters that the subsequent redirect to HQIR at 06:09, was a 999 call from inside the house. Which is provably untrue.
And what I've just written are the actual known facts, and those facts are undefeatable by anyone anywhere.
Every aspect of Jeremy Bambers case is like that, once you delve a bit deeper and stay neutral.
Neither Simon Hattenstone or Heidi Blake would ever dare to come on here and try and defeat my arguments because they know I'd tear their own arguments to shreds.
They know they are emotionally attached to the case. They are both consumed by that emotion.
This is a known psychology, where people will promote lies and fiction in order to protect something they have become emotionally attached to. This was Eric Allisons weakness too. And deep down they all know it, but are unable to confront it, or defeat it. The emotion is too strong.
