Another day waiting in anticipation of a positive decision by the CCRC in Bamber.   ?{)(**
Most people suspect the truth but few are able to admit it.

McKay is attempting to make himself look good by posting that there won't be a decision by the CCRC because he knows full well that it will be on Friday and that he and Jerry will be officially told on Thursday so be prepared for fireworks as the usual suspects get geared up for a slanging match.

Whilst I am on the subject, I am now in possession of documents which evidence that McKay was severely criticised by the Law Society when he acted for a former policeman in a compensation case. Doesn't look too good for Jackie's hero after all is said and done.  I will be posting them soon.  Happy Days.   8(0(*
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

Interesting John .... after McKay's shameful stalking of Julie at the behest of Preece in the Canadian press, I think any exposure of McKay's dodgy past should be highlighted at every turn. Wasn't there another problem with him regarding improper accounting of funds in the past?

There is also rumours that he failed numerous times in his attempt to become a barrister ... again this might be interesting information!

He better be whiter than white in everything he does from now on .... better pass that  message on Jackie Ingham Susan Preece! He is not going to attack Julie Mugford in the press and not expect his own record and behaviour to be thoroughly examined and exposed!

I haven't slagged this odious little chancer off to date as I thought he was genuine! Not any more!

How do, all. I'm just a Yorkshire lass, interested in all things Yorkshire, I've got an Aga, and I like talking about Yorkshire. I'm just off for my daily walk now, round Yorkshire. I am DEFINITELY not from Brentwood, wherever that is. Ecky Thump.

It's the Roach's big idea to try and make the Bamber Fan Club look busy! He asked everyone of his Bamberistas to take a second identity and try and change the way they post! Mental Mertol is now also Doleyglassback .... to get that moron to type in English is like asking a parrot to talk in latin!

I don't think 'misappropriation' is exactly the right word because it implies fraud or dishonesty. It is fair to say that his client account was 'improperly operated', especially since that is actually how the Solicitor's Disciplinary Tribunal descibed it in their decision to reprimand him and order him to pay £5k costs.

You can read the gory details by going to this page:

http://www.lcs-test.co.uk/M.htm

scroll down to his name and click the 'SDT' link next to it - a PDF will open.

I was interested to see that that tribunal hearing was in September 2008, and in this High Court decision (in which Simon McKay was trying to claim millions of £'s damages against a lender who he claimed had gone back on an agreement to lend to him):

http://www.smab.co.uk/media/84813/simon%20mckay%20v.%20centurion%20credit%20resources%20llc%20(06.12.11).pdf

it is stated at paragraph 9 on page 8:

In September 2008 the claimant [Simon McKay] entered into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement with his creditors. Accordingly at all times material to these proceedings he was in an insolvency procedure and required the consent of the supervisor of the IVA to the making of the Loan Agreement.

A quick check of the insolvency register reveals that he did indeed enter into an IVA in September, and again in May 2011.

In short, he's skint, and whoever it was who branded him Simon McChancer (Tim?) was spot on.

Bloody hell Weety THAT WAS MY BIG EXPOSE LATER TODAY!!!!!  8()(((@#  8()(((@#  8()(((@#

Yep Simon McKay is INSOLVENT as stated by High Court Judge Kevser QC .... this is the post I had ready before Weety usurped me:

_______________________________________________
Simon Mckay is actually insolvent as stated by High Court Judge Keyser last December in a court case he brought against a USA finance company .... which he lost!

The judges words and yes the claimant in question is Simon Arthur Samuel McKay!

The claimant was insolvent, was clearly unable to obtain finance from mainstream UK lenders and was branching out into an unfamiliar area of business.

It would appear McKay had a huge money making scheme but because he was insolvent he could not get UK finance. As in the Bamber case he had to go to the USA to get the answers he wanted; the USA company agreed the finance subject to Simon McKay obtaining reinsurance to protect their exposure!

Simon McKay promised the reinsurance BUT could not obtain it! Why? Obviously because McKay's scheme was frought with danger and they wanted nothing to do with it! He tried Lloyd's Of London insurers and got nowhere ... he tried obscure mickey mouse insurance companies with next to know capitalisation and still got nowhere!

McKay couldn't get reinsurance for his dodgy scheme because insurers are not mugs! As I an ex-director of a Lloyd's Of London broking house I can understand how they see a chancer coming at a 1000 yards! Especially an insolvent chancer like McKay!

McKay still had the nerve to take the finance company to court to get the money even without the required insurance! He lost!

McKay is as dodgy as a 9 bob note!   @)(++(*  @)(++(*  @)(++(*

Don't believe me? Make yaself a cup of tea and sit down and read this:

http://www.smab.co.uk/media/84813/simon%20mckay%20v.%20centurion%20credit%20resources%20llc%20(06.12.11).pdf

Special attention should be paid to just how many times the judge doesn't believe McKay!
