D Day - 1!

Simon McChancer tells us that the CCRC's decision on Bamber will be announced tomorrow. We are also told that Bamber and the relatives are given 24hr prior notice; I wonder if Mr. Bamber is celebrating at this time or is he crying into his porridge?

Personally I think Tesko Towers is going to be demolisshed tomorrow!  8((()*/

McKay is the only lawyer I know who tweets info to the public about his case.  Is this because he is acting pro bono?

McChancer only has one client ... Pro Bono Bamber ... gives him lots of time to tweet and stalk Julie in the Canadian press! He's probably the only insolvent lawyer in the western hemisphere!

Or alarmingly unprofessional. I notice Preece is too busy pretending to be a housewife from Yorkshire to jump in and defend him.

Strange behaviour from the Bamberettes isn't it! Normally if you even mention Lord Simon of Pauperville's name Rancid McPreece and McGladys throw an eppy: now he has been exposed as an insolvent one man band with professional misconduct issues the silence from Tesko Towers is deafening!

I think yr spot on there Chris! I have been told in confidence that this new plan is Roachford's big idea now he is a moderator .... he has been pm'ing like mad! He had to tell Mental Mertol not to use a second name because he can't write English!

If you go in the foyer at Tesko Towers you can see Gladys and Eleanor welcoming themselfs to the forum .... proper funny!  @)(++(*

Nice to see Rochford having his "monthly peek" on here last night! I wonder if he's woken up yet!

Roachford has behaved very strangely since he lost his job at the foundry! He had worked there 35 years and only got 5 grand redundancy .... he has taken to drinking vodka with his Cheerios now and his wife has left him! She had an affair with Mr. Singh at the cornershop and now they have both eloped to Nepal where they live on the family's lama farm!

The sickening thing is he only bought his wife last year from Malaysia and he had to cash in his pension plan to buy her. I told him at the time he should have bought her sale or return but he wouldn't listen! He called her his Oopa Loompa from Kuala Lumpur .... she is only 4'2" but he loved her to bits! Very sad!

He has perked up a bit though since his coup d'etat take over as Nelly's new Baldrick .... the rumour is that Gladys is secretly furious at Roach's duplicity and is plotting a counter offensive in his potting shed! It could be a blood bath!

"susan ingham" ( @)(++(*) ......try to remember that you are a newby (from Yorkshire) and you still "have your L plates on"! You don't know much about the case, remember? And your bitterness towards Julie Mugford is a dead give away!   8@??)(

If I could just jump in here, ngb has instructed the supporters to keep their heads down until the CCRC decision, which he considers will be a favourable one for them. We will see! Unfortunately, the strain has obviously been a bit much for Mr Rochford!

If the decision is being made publicly tomorrow then the parties involved will have heard today.  IMO that isn't correct and the parties will be told tomorrow with a press release thing going out on Friday.  If his lawyer had heard by now it would have filtered down to the foot soldiers or ants as i like to refer to them as.   8**8:/:
